Happy Home Cleaning

They did an excellent job. They were extremely courteous and friendly. She was very responsive and worked us into her schedule by coming in late at night to meet our move-in date.

The first time she sent one of her workers out, the girl left after 20 minutes and didn't clean anything. The owner came over, and agreed that the work was sub-par, and unacceptable. She agreed to do the cleaning herself. The first two times were good. The third time, she did not do everything that was stated in the contract, dusting the pictures, sides of furniture, etc. I then asked her to come early the next time so I could show her how I wanted things done. I then got a nasty email from her stating she would not come over just to be scrutinized for her work, and that she would not come over early without being paid. She then canceled the next appointment.

Very bad experience. Wasted my valuable time and gave Angie's List a bad rating from me.

On the first visit, they dusted but only did a fair job of it. I contacted the owner and the dusting was adjusted. Other adjustments have had to be made along the way but they have been well received.

I originally found this company through a Groupon. I'd bought housecleaning through Groupon before, and had a really long (months) wait for an appointment, so as soon as I bought it, I went to their website and booked an appointment. I was able to get the day I wanted, which was only a couple of weeks away. The owner came and did the first cleaning, to get a sense of my house, and me, so she could match me with the right person from her company. I thought that was a great idea.She did an awesome job, and did all sorts of small things that I didn't expect her to do, or think she'd have time to do. For example, I had recently done a pretty sloppy job of testing some paint in my bathroom, and got it on some of my tile and the tp holder. I hadn't cleaned it off because I didn't like the paint color, and knew I'd be back in there painting again, so I figured I'd clean it all up at once. After she left, I realized that she had gotten all my paint smears off! The prices are unbelievably reasonable, and the employee she assigned to do my cleaning on a regular basis is a gem and does a great job. I couldn't be happier with them and this company!
