Excellent service. I’m from NYC and lived in apartments my whole life. Robert/Miguel took the time to explain exactly what needed to be done and even was able to make much needed suggestions like color/type of rock was best for my needs. I plan to have them back towards the summer! Hire them.

Miguel was pleasure to work with. The bid for work was itemized and easy to understand. There was no attempt to “Up Sell” a product, or service, just honest suggestions. He had a “can do” attitude and explained the process and options well. Lowest of three bids ( 1st competitors bid was double in total w several changes to original request and added work or vague charges - the third competitors bid was higher by ~ $6000, but said they could match or beat a competitors bid if we had it in writing - makes you wonder how much of a mark up they we’re really adding if they could cut their bid by $6,000 and still make money) Miguel and crew were ready to work within two weeks, the other two bidders were a month to two months out! Our job was completed in less than three days as quoted. They were also very responsive and returned within the week on a callback to install a surface drain (half a day work) on a portion of the new courtyard that tied into existing drive and wasn’t draining well. There were a few changes to the original outline that Miguel and crew accommodated w no trouble at all, like I said, a “Can Do” attitude! We are more than pleased w Miguel’s work and the end product!!

This team was amazing. They kept me updated on everything. The Pride they took in their workmanship was amazing. The project looks absolutely Phenomenal!! Due to the wet winter weather, we will have the project finished in the spring. But, my Great Wall, is secure and no more worry of my home sliding down the hill. My neighbors have stoped by to see the progress, and so far two of them will be contacting Gutierrez Landscaping.
