Great job. I didn't like the way something was installed and they returned about an hour later to correct it. Would definitely hire again.

The work was done in two days, one day installing the crown molding and the next day painting. The work crew were great and cleaned up the work site! Our neighbors have stopped by and love what the Crown has added to the home and have since hired GTL to do the same in their house!

The installer showed up on time, he was very professional and answered every and all questions which we had. When he left, he did so only after he completely cleaned up.

GTL Construction did an exceptional job painting the outside of my house. They spelled out exactly what they were going to do in advance and then followed through with precision. They were prompt and courteous and explained what work they would be doing every day. Even when I decided that I needed to modify the color of my home at the last minute, they were very accommodating and helpful. They also went the extra mile and replaced the weather stripping around my front door after painting the door because the weather stripping was in such bad shape. The outside of my house looks gorgeous now and weather ready. I would highly recommend GTL Construction to anyone planning to paint their house!

I’m really pleased with the whole experience – the house, out buildings and relevant fence/gates look Great! Thanks for all the work. It’s the details that matter, and I’m quite pleased that they were met over and beyond expectations. Sam, Justin, Stephen, Alicia, and Tommy were all great - as were those other fellows whose names I don't remember or never learned.

GTL has been great for our new home! Alicia in the office helped us through a few delays from our end and even put more people on our job to finish earlier than our deadline. She was always helpful and reassuring during the whole process. Tommy was great and when small things needed to be fixed near the end he made sure that they were done correctly. The crew...AWESOME! Personable, helped communicate when they had questions and did a great job. Quality, Quality, Quality!!! They went above and beyond and put new hinges, door hardware on that I purchased. Sam would let me know what he needed and I had no concerns that it would be done quickly and correctly. GTL is a great company to work with and is very fair on price. I added things along the way that they pointed out, but never felt pressure when I said yes or no to change orders.

Perfect from start to finish. Professional, communicative and prompt. A great team of guys that worked hard and tirelessly in 100 degree heat. I would recommend GTL and Sam and his crew for any exterior painting job.

The owner Tommy came out and gave an estimate for services, which came in a detailed email a couple days later. He was very nice, calm, and listened to all of my questions and concerns. I felt very comfortable with him and had the interior painting completed. His crew arrived on time, very nice and worked hard for two full days! The paint job was excellent and my wife and I could not have been more pleased with GTL's work! We will definitley use GTL for all of our painting and woodworking needs in the future. Thank you!

One of the men the day we scheduled called in sick, but the main contractor showed up to make sure the scheduled time went as we agreed to. Amazing! That never happens. Usually, it has been our experience in the past that the company will re schedule, but Tommy, the manage-owner, showed up to finish work the sick worker couldn't do. The plaster repair was finished perfectly. The painters showed up on time, covered all openings including counters and floors, applied two coats of paint, and finished when they said they would. What a joy! We are having other work done by this company. They can do whatever we need, or they can sub-contract it out. We have every confidence they will complete the job we agree to.

Excellent work. They sprayed the crown molding instead of brushing which makes a beautiful sheen. The carpenters and painters were friendly, efficient, and do beautiful work.

Every single team member GTL brought into our home was as nice and cared as much about the project as Tommy, the owner, did. I have hired and worked with contractors professionally since 1997. I have seen quite a few and GTL is among the very best. GTL is the kind of partner I would recommend to anyone and will be using you exclusively moving forward in our projects! Communication throughout the process, their flexibility, quick scheduling, and great staff made everyone feel very safe with them in the house and confident that the project would turn out well. They seemed to really enjoy their work and wanted to be sure that we were happy with everything. Very, very, very impressed by GTL.

They did do more work. They were here it must have been around 9 months in June. I think these guys are awesome. I think there, the work is perfect. I don't find anything wrong when they're completely done. I can go through and inspect and everything looks really good. They're really nice and they come in and do the work and they're quick and it looks perfect. The cost was average. Responsiveness was good. I tried to use them but they didn't do the service I needed them to do.

They did a great job. They noticed the paint did not match up that was supplied by Kelly Moore and they provided new paint and they suggested an alternative and saved me money by painting the entire room. They were very focused on making sure I was satisfied.

Having been left high and dry by our contractor, we had negative four days to provide our lender with an estimate of costs for the renovation of a property we were purchasing. GTL sent Tommy out to meet with us the day after I called them. He arrived on time and was knowledgeable and professional, but advised us that he is really more of a "paint and finish" guy and suggested we talk to his buddy Mike. He called Mike and Mike arrived within a few minutes. Tommy and Mike spent a little bit of time in Mike's truck, presumably discussing what we had already told Tommy. Then Tommy brought Mike inside and introduced us. Mike was very nice and seemed to know his stuff. We discussed what needed to be included in the quote and emphasized that we needed the quote no later than 5pm the following day. He measured and looked around, spending, all told, about 30 minutes with us. Later that afternoon, I contacted him and let him know that the lender would require the bid to be itemized (permits, labor, materials). At that point he declined the option to submit a bid.

Imagine the ideal home improvement project planned and executed. For me to rate a company at the highest level includes top notch customer service as well as an amazing delivery of services ordered. My experience with GTL Construction was just that - ideal. From the initial contact by phone with Alicia Lewis, to the visit by Tommy Lewis to discuss the project, every detail was managed with great attention to detail. When the bid was delayed, I was contacted with an apology and an assurance of when it would be ready. The bid was in line with the two other estimates I obtained. The process of obtaining paint samples so I could be sure the colors were right was made easy for me. The scheduling was on time. The painters (Omar, Francisco and Julio) were prompt, polite and experienced. They were respectful of our home. They moved furniture, took and reinstalled several valances. They taped or covered anything that could be damaged. They even finished ahead of schedule. In the "above and beyond" department, Alicia found a plumber for me when a toilet leak on my wood floor was discovered and my plumber hadn't called me back. He never did call me back. Thank you GTL Construction!

I called them regarding a painting job that need to be done within 2 weeks. The owner is very nice. They cannot accommodate the time frame. They are all booked until mid December. But she gave me some names and the owner also tried to solicit other help for me. Though the company doesn't do the work, 1 thing I found out is that the workers are their employees. This is an important criteria for me as this guarantee their work. I don't like companies who contract out their work to others. I will use them if they have availability.

We had a bit of back and forth on the schedule, but once a date was set, they were on the job and the work was completed neatly and quickly. They mostly were careful of the tenant's animals including the roaming tortoise. While they did cover the fish pond one day, they forgot the next. As a result there was a bit on paint spray on the surface of the pond.

One of the best experiences having a service done.......in every way! Outstanding communication. Clean painting and very polite workers. Reasonable price.

It went very well. Omar and his team were extremely punctual and professional, and were pleasant and easy to work with, every day. We made some errors in paint choices and made changes mid-project and Omar had no problem going to the paint store and getting new paint for us and even used an app on his phone to help us select a different color for one area. They added the extra time charges at the end, which were very reasonable. They were thorough about touching up any areas that didn't have complete coverage before they left and left us clearly marked containers with the extra paint, for touchup down the road. Tommy and his wife each stopped by the project, separately, to see how things were going and to ensure our satisfaction. We would not hesitate to use them again and can certainly recommend them to others. We were very pleased with both the experience and the end result.

The owner came out for the initial estimate, was on time, very professional and actually gave me a suggestion of reinforcing my pantry which had some sagging shelves from weight. He was a contractor as well and did the work himself to reinforce, which was included in the price. The actual painters (2 people) came out and they didn't just tape and spray the interior - They ROLLED two coats of high quality paint with PERFECT transition lines where there was a color change! They arrived on time daily and worked the entire day, no leaving early. I decided to add a couple of last minute items (what woman doesn't - ha) and they were wonderful about it. There was crown moulding, 10 foot ceilings and wider baseboards and ALL were touched up and look brand new. I had also noticed a couple of cracks at the seams in a couple of rooms which I did not mention but was pleasantly surprised that they were patched as well - That's the sign of a true professional. I could tell they really cared about their work and took pride in it. Just the kind of people I want to work with and would HIGHLY recommend them again. As a matter of fact, I will be calling them in a few months for another estimate on repainting kitchen cabinets. They were that good. Thanks so much to all of you! Personable people. Very responsive and accommodating. Trusted with the job. Cleaned up their own mess. Reliable with estimate. Would definitely do business again. They placed crown moulding in 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a living room.

Tommy, and his main crew Omar and Julio besides other associates employed/contracted by GTL did overall an excellent job. We had numerous jobs to be done. They were very helpful in coordinating the work to be done with our availability time wise and arrival of certain purchased items. They were very organized and neat and kept our house clean and did not cause any accidental damage to our house. They very friendly, kind and reliable. We had contacted them after receiving positive comments from our friends for jobs they have done for them in the past and obviously did not regret. We feel lucky to have found such a professional team that is able to do a variety of home upgrade projects besides their expertise in indoor/outdoor painting! We strongly recommend them to anybody planning home painting and any other house upgrades!

I've been waiting almost 2 months for an estimate from this company for installation of french doors for a new home office space. They did come out to take measurements after a missed first appointment, however since then I've been trying to get the estimate from them so that I could decide if I wanted the job done. Not sure what the problem is, but they don't seem to be eager for the business. I'll have to move forward with another company.
