He arranged to have people he knew locally take care of problems as they occured and found good workmanship. He recommended my handyman, which made it easy for me to buy my home, rent it for a few years then sell it.

In June 2011, I contacted Brenden Merwin, Great Estate Realty, to help me locate and purchase a second home in Rocklin, California. Brenden immediately came to my assistance. We looked at a couple of homes that I had previously identified and I fell in love with the property that I purchased on Midas Avenue in Rocklin. Throughout the process of contacting the seller, negotiating the loan, closing the sale, Brenden was with me every step of the way, removing obstacles and giving excellent advice. After the closing, Brenden has continued on as both rental agent and property manager, putting me in touch with an excellent general contractor (Grant Gluck, owner of Energy Stars Construction in Placerville) and finding a qualified tenant to lease the house for a year while I am concluding business at my Reno, NV location. Within 2 months, we have purchased, renovated and leased the property. While my ultimate goal is to relocate in Rocklin , the current arrangement is more than satisfactory, thanks to Brenden Merwin. I recommend him to anyone who is seeking to buy, sell or lease property in the Sacramento area. He has certainly gone above and beyond all expectations.
