Pleasant professional workmen. Overall went very well, except problem with a screen door closing properly on a patio door replacement. . The manufacturer was called out by the vendor after two tries finally fixed the screen door to my satisfaction. It only needed proper adjusting and the screws in the catch latch were stripped. I felt the vendor should have taken time to fix the screen door properly in the first place and saved all the extra hassle with the manufacturer. All in all I would still recommend them, they did a great job replacing two patio doors and a garden window. Very happy now.

The only thing that prevented me from giving a perfect score was the clean up the last day. First day clean up was good but second day it was clear that the crew was wanting to leave they needed to vacuum around each window. There was some trash that was missed outside as well. That being said that is correctible and And minor in the sceam of things. I would definitely recommend them for quality, value and for their professional service. Ed and the entire crew were very professional and great to work with.

Workmen very professional. Went out of their way to do a little extra to help me out. Cleaned up very well. There was a little mis-communication with the date of installation. I thought we set a tentative date & they would call before showing up with a firm date. They showed up on my front step on time & on the date scheduled as tentative. They had sent emails but the sender was not Good News & they just put No reply & some unrecognizable numbers. I put them in spam box. Fortunately it worked out fine & I am very happy with my new windows. They really do cut the heat transfer & clean up the windows.

Good job but they could have cleaned up better when they were done

I was very satisfied with the workmanship and the product. I will recommend them to anyone. And will rehire them when I need any more work done.

All of the Good News staff that I had contact with, the owner, salesman and installers, are very professional, well informed of all of their products and friendly. The installers where at my home at their scheduled time. Worked hard, cleaned up as they worked.

The crew were clean and polite and Quick. The final result is fantastic. WE got a good price and outstanding customer service. Thanks guys

I was pleasantly shocked about the difference these windows made in my electric/gas utility bill. These guys did exactly what they said they would do, and their product lives up to the description. Highly recommended!

I am very happy with the windows. I can not really rate the windows because they were just installed and I do not know because the weather has not been cold or really hot as of today's date. Maybe later in the year, I will be able to give a more accurate answer to the "Value for Money"

Havent hire them but we will, we met with the owner very nnice and profesional person. The price we got was more then right on the estimate, and the quality of the produce we choose is the best. Had to many window companies doing the estimate and we are going we this company. I highly recomend this company for your self and your pocket.

Good group of guys that installed the windows, easy to talk to , work with, and they always extended a helping hand for little extras you might need. Their workmanship was very good to excellent and this from a guy who usually does his own work and is very particular.

Chris Tensley, sales rep, with Good News Home Improvement arrived with all the tools necessary for me to make an informed decision on my windows. He was cordial and demonstrated excellent customer service. I was unsure about "new construction" versus "retro fit" and Chris returned to my home to further explain. My windows (12 windows and one slider) were installed in one day and look great. I noticed immediately that the house was quiet; no loud cars, no barking dogs. I met with numerous window contractors and did my research. I would recommend Good News Home Improvement to anyone in need of window replacements!
