they didn't do a thorough clean up on the job site when they finished there was a bunch of nails stuck in between my decking boards and I also received 2 flat tires within the last 30 days.

While we haven't had the windows installed yet, I will say that Ed has made it very easy to work with him throughout the bidding process. He was not a high pressure salesman but he did give an informative presentation about the products he uses and what we can expect from his team. He listened to our ideas and showed us that he wanted our business. He delivered his bid on time and followed up several days later to see if we had any questions. He made himself available 7 days a week which for me was a big help because I am very busy during the week and often sit down on weekends to review proposals. His bid was very competitive!

Ed did an excellent job presenting and describing the window construction and details. He made good suggestions on what types of windows to install in place of my old windows. His prices were very reasonable and much lower than some windows I had installed by Sears before. His installers were efficient and courteous. I would recommend him and Good News Home Improvements to anyone.

Had a problem with factory not installing the correct grids, problem was resolved within two hours. Crew installed the windows withing a few hours and were very clean in not tracking up the house and cleaning up after them self, very good job overall.... I will recommend to others.

Very small differences between the various brands of windows I looked at. Ed was prepared with samples, very knowledgeable and offered a good price for the work. The windows were installed in about 4 hours and they look great; nice thick glass. I am still waiting for the warranty info, but I would definitely do business with them again.
