Extreme dissatisfaction with the services provided by this contractor formerly known as G&X General Contracting. Company is currently named Graeson & Xander Design Build. Unfortunately, my experience working with Randy Rosalex was not positive, and he failed to meet my expectations. The outcome was far from satisfactory. Six months in total for an incomplete bathroom remodel. I encountered numerous issues throughout the project, including faulty plumbing, poor installation of doors, inconsistent floor tile, inconsistent paint job and incomplete finish work. These problems caused significant inconvenience, additional costs, and overall frustration.

Response from G & X General Contracting
My company has done three projects for this client; A Bathroom remodel at their [Member Information Removed] property in 2013, and Outdoor Kitchen at their Olive Glen Court Property in 2015 and a Primary Bathroom remodel at their Winchester Club Drive property in 2024. The project details for the 2024 project were on schedule for all items, except the custom doors that were ordered after the start of the project. The custom doors took twelve weeks to arrive. The images are of details taken during construction and not the final project. If my company had been as negligent as stated by this client, then why did they continue to work with me for over twelve years.

I am very disappointed with this contractor. He initially comes across as saying yes he can do the project. We had a great room and were interested in changing the ceiling height. We also had a cabinet in the middle and asked if it was structural and could be removed to make an open space. Without much evaluation he said it was not structural and could easily remove it. He started work and found out that it was structural. Then, he called the engineer to look at it and while the engineer was working on the report, he decided to move some of the supports. This locked us into having to spend an additional $10,000 and delay the work an extra 4 weeks. He told us the work he did was good but when the engineer came back, he was very concerned that the structural framing was inadequate. Then, the sheetrock work was not of high quality and he had to call a different set of workers. He also took some strange actions by shifting the cost of some insulation work and removed it from his responsibility to me and asked me to pay the subcontractor. At the end, he continued to push back the time of work so instead of being done before Christmas, it was completed New Years Eve. I would not recommend this contractor based on my experience and I plan to use someone else int he future.
