Description of Work: weekly chemical treatment, complete cleaning, empty skimmer, empty filters, backwash, etc. Repairs are extra but very reasonable prices and excellent work.

+ -1 moreGot tired of not really knowing what he was doing, when he was coming around, and getting a rebuff when I asked any questions.
Description of Work: Communication was a big issue. I felt like owner was condescending, frequently losing sight of who the actual customer was.

Description of Work: Everclear did a massive cleaning job on algae growth, and then again for black fungus when I didn't keep up with the chemicals. This was some very nasty, hard to get rid of stuff, but he knew just what to do and got it cleaned up though I didn't think it would ever be clean again. Together the jobs cost about 800.00. I now have them on contract to do the chemical treatments weekly so that won't happen again. :-)

+ -1 moreThey are excellent. They do very very good work. They come out once a week to do my pool, or whenever I need him. He puts the basket in a solution over night to kill any germs and I've never seen anyone do that before. The service is only $89 a month which I find to be very inexpensive.
