+ -1 morePut a roof on our house, then we found out months later that we now have a lien. He took our payment in full, and had the supplies fronted to him, and the company that fronted him the supplies is now coming after us for $3,800.00 and have files a lien on our home and threaten to foreclose.
Description of Work: Removed our old roof and replaced it with a new one. Overall the work performed was excellent. We paid him 10K for labor and supplies.
