Description of Work: We were told the refrigerant (which the cost is included in the service) was only a little low, so none was added. It seemed as if the service call was only a solicitation for a new unit.

Description of Work: Gave me a quote to replace my HVAC system. Signed the agreement. Pushed out the install date at the last minute twice due to unfinished delays in finishing previous installs. Looks like overcommitment to me.

Description of Work: I purchased the deal on 7/14/14, gave the possible date/time for the service, and one of the options was to have it done that very same day (temp was running on the 100 degrees that week). The provider came to our house that same day and did the tune up quick. My husband was the one at home and he said that although the deal included 1 lb of refrigerant, the servicer did not load it since after the check up, he was told that it's not needed. We have no way of validating this, but with trust, we are ok with this. The service was quick with no events or additional services recommended.

Description of Work: I took advantage of an Angie's list coupon for an air conditioner check up. I had been having an issue with the overflow drain and thought it was clogged. | |The technician showed up on time and I mentioned the potential clog. He went right to work, cleaned the unit, tweaked the drain line so that it would function properly and explained everything before leaving. I thought for sure there was something more serious that would cost big bucks. Nothing was wrong, I didn't get sold anything I didn't need and the system is still working fine.

Description of Work: I purcahsed a deal for $59 for A/C Tune-Up and Up to 2 Pounds of Refrigerant. The service went well. I paid an additional $1200.00 to have them replace a valve. I also purchased their golden service plan.

Description of Work: They evaluated our heating / cooling system and provided coolant needed. This was an Angie's "special". They made the appointment in a timely manner. Showed up on time. Checked all parts of our system including the attic unit. I will definitely use this service again.

Description of Work: it was a basic heater flush, the provider was explaining what he was doing every step of the way. He also performed a system check up, which was in a pretty good shape, just overdue on a flush. He also explained what it takes in case I wanted to upgrade my system to tankless, all the different options. However, my heater was in a good shape, so I decided it was too soon for an upgade.

Description of Work: We recently moved into a seven year old condo and with the hot weather around the corner, we wanted our a/c checked out to be sure it was running properly and was filled with coolant, so it didn't stop working on a hot afternoon! The service man was very friendly and professional. My husband watched as he thoroughly examined our a/c to make sure it was in good condition and working properly, then cleaned it well. We didn't need any coolant added, but we're confident that we'll enjoy a cool home on the hot days of summer. There were no extra charges....just the $49 that we paid on Angie's List. Very, very pleased with the price and service!
