Description of Work: Turned out that after we'd bought the service package, our A/C went out on the hottest day of the year, so we combined them both. I don't recall the total price, but the tech was very good and struck us as honest and straightforward. We actually had him back to discuss adding insulation and getting new AC/Heater. It's sort of inevitable that if your A/C system is over 15 years old, they'll tell you it's time to replace it.

Description of Work: They discovered that the water build up in the central heat and air conditioning system was because a pipe was buried under concrete on my patio. They drilled some concrete to uncover the pipe so that the water could drain outside of the house.
