Description of Work: There was a major confusion over my address and my phone number that was not provided by Angie's list. They scheduled the appointment for Friday from 12 to 2.. I was very happy about that. When the day I arrived for us to get our heater going they did not show up between their appointed time. We called at 3:30 PM and they said they had been out but no one requested service. They went to my neighbors house. At 3:30 I was told that they would try to arrange for the technician to come out later. At 7 PM he arrived. He did a great job. They relates but they were persistent and they did what needed to be done to get the job finished. I was very appreciative of their extra To get things done even though we had a bad start.

Description of Work: They came to my home and didn't inspection and told me that I needed to have my heating unit reap pair because there was a carbon monoxide leak. When I brought out another company for a second opinion I was informed that it was not true.

Description of Work: Furnace inspection an tune up. Recommended some low cost improvements.

Description of Work: Heater tuneup. Not sure what he really did to tune it up. He showed me pictures of things he checked but I'm not sure of any actual work done. I will say my heater still works fine and hopefully better than before.

Description of Work: First-rate professional and personal service. In 30 years of owning home, this was best (smart, informed, willing to explain at length and NO pressure) HVAC service I've ever had. Will definitely use Enviro Heat & Air again and highly recommend them.

Description of Work: They checked my HVAC system and cleaned the air filters. They were very professional and spent quite abit of time both servicing the equipment and explaining the system. I was quite impressed. I definitely will use them in the future.

Description of Work: They were supposed to come by to just inspect the A/C system and a quick tune-up. My house is not even 5 years old, which means that most of the appliances and equipment should be in good working order still. It's not a 30 year old house with issues that are expected. Well.....they said they refilled 2 lbs of refrigerant, which I don't think is possible because my A/C didn't have any cooling problems at all. They also said that I may be leaking refrigerant and that it will cost an arm and a leg to diagnose and possible have to replace something that is worth thousands of dollars. I told them know. I then proceeded to call the builder and they connected me with the company that installed my A/C Unit. I had to pay for them to come out and they said everything worked fine and who ever said they "TUNED UP MY A/C" didn't do jack s***. This company didn't try to upsell me anything and said my system is fine. Thanks ENVIROMENTAL HEATING & SOLUTIONS for trying to take advantage of me. Will never ever use again. Bunch of thieves.

Description of Work: Only purchased Angie's deal. The other services were too expensive. Owner and sales man talked down to us and didn't check to confirm gas was off.

Description of Work: Installed new, energy efficient and (quiet :) HVAC system. Very professional representative and installers. We are very happy with the new system and the lower AC bill.

Description of Work: They did the tuneup and checked our ac system. Was told our system was original with the home (1991) and that it was still in good shape. We were happy with the honesty and if we ever need to replace our system we will give environmental heating and air a call.
