We provide customers with the basics of HVAC, and solutions that will decrease their bills with the most efficient, effective, and green products. We are open 24 hours a day / 7 days a week. Our diagnosis fee is $89, this fee includes the technician coming to your home, conducting the diagnostic, providing you a written work order with the findings and the price options for repair. We can offer you the most value for your money. We provide flat-rate pricing and ensure we receive work authorization prior to any repairs being completed. Description of Work: Looked at my AC said I needed to replace. Gave me a quote $7000+. I questioned the amount and they said that would be for the AC and heater. Heater, when did that get added? The Rep then said $4200. I called my realtor who sent his tech over replaced a wire and it cost me $50. Works great!

We had a little mishap with the scheduling. They canceled the appointment without letting us know, so we waited while no one showed up. However, they came out the next day. We thought the service rep was helpful and knowledgeable.

With the holiday quickly approaching and a house full of people expected, the last thing I needed was NO HEAT! I gave Environmental Heating and Air Solutions a call and now I'm back in business. Setting up my appointment was a cinch and Eric arrived right on time and introduced himself. He got to work straight away and let me know that the blow motor was shot. After he replaced it, my family is warm again and I have piece of mind!
Description of Work: Services performed: Professional and courteous appointment scheduling, on time arrival, professional service tech who ran a fine toothed comb over my cold furnace, diagnosis and speedy repair! Major plus: a junky van was not sitting in my driveway leaking whatever all over my driveway(it was nice and no leaks) and Eric liked my dogs.

I called Environmental & Heating Air Solutions because our real estate agent recommended them. I didn't see any reviews here on Angie's List, but did find awesome reviews at other locations like yelp. So, I gave them a call and spoke with Matt (owner and super nice guy) and scheduled an inspection/tune-up of our furnace and AC unit on our house we just closed on the day before. Matt gave me a window of 3-5pm and Eric, the technician arrived shortly after 3pm. Eric was very friendly and courteous - and started to work right away and spent over 2 hours going over our systems. He educated us on the types of systems we have, made sure everything was in good working condition, checked the air ducts with a camera, etc. Of course, both our furnace and AC are original to the house (1988), but there was absolutely ZERO pressure to purchase new anything. He gave us the option to have Matt come out go over options for us so that we can be prepared in the future, but seriously, that was it...which I appreciated since we just spent so much on purchasing our home. I actually want Matt to come out so that we can budget for something to go out. I wasn't surprised by the news. Just looking at both units, you can tell they were old and not well maintained. There was also one small section of duct that had come apart. He showed us and gave an estimate for fixing it. I would recommend this company. I felt that they were extremely honest, no pressure sales, and had our best interest at heart. Take a look at their reviews on other sites, too.
