+ -1 moreHe cancelled two appointments and he was late. He did all jobs around the house but his shoes were dirty. There was dirt around the house and in my shower. I would not use him again. I will not even mention his name. I will advise him to be on time and quit cancelling appointment.

+ -1 moreHe did a good job for us, he just wasn't available enough for us. He's a good guy, we were able to negotiate the price a little. His prices were fair. He just wasn't available enough for us and he was a little hard to get ahold of. He worked for us 2 or 3 times and his quality of work was very good.
Description of Work: I last used Edwards Handyman about 6 months ago for a lot of different handyman stuff.

+ 1 moreI wouldn't want to discourage anyone from using him. We negotiated the price. He did good quality work, I was pleased. The job went very smoothly. Once he was on the job and we discussed what needed to be done he got it done. He was reliable and did good quality work.
Description of Work: I last used Edwards Handyman about 6 months ago to do some sprinklers, painting, putting in some shelving.

Description of Work: Dean came out to give me an estimate on several repairs and creating a custom cabinet. He was punctual for this appointment and came across as professional. I did not receive his estimate, however until nearly a month later. At that point I had figured the job was not important to him and had chosen another provider. A response of more than a few days...to a week if that is agreed to is completely not professional in my opinion.

Description of Work: Dean came out to my home and confirmed measurements and we reviewed material for a deck. I originally contacted Dean to build a deck/platform for my hut tub. When the tub was delivered to my house and placed on to my patio, it actually fit nicely off in the corner of the patio. Needless to say, I didn't need Dean's services. I talked with Dean about future projects and will have him back down the road.
