Nick arrived on time. We reviewed what was to be done. It took approximately 1.5 hours. We reviewed the results and my wife and I are extremely happy. The carpet looks great an was dry in approximately 4 hours. Nick was very professional through out the entire process. We will definitely use him when we are ready for our upstairs carpet to be cleaned.

Eco Choice is an owner operated business. Nick was very thorough, and did a great job cleaning the carpets with very hot water in his truck mounted cleaning machine. He took extra care to ensure the doorways and furniture were protected, and moved all of the furniture that I requested. A great bonus was that he gave me one free room discount of $45 for being a first time customer. My husband says I am fussy, and the carpets look great! I will definitely be a repeat customer.

We used this company one year ago, and then again this week. This is the only company we will use in the future. When Nic leaves my carpets look BRAND NEW. The price is so great we will have him come out annually. This house includes two kids and two dogs, so you can imagine. Plus he is a very nice and honest guy.

They did a great job with the one room and were very nice to work with. The cost was higher then other companies but being eco friendly with a house of children and pets is more important to me.

I made a horrible mistake. My bad experience was with another company with a similar name, and I apologize profusely to Eco Choice. I will be calling them to clean my carpets next time. I called Nick as soon as I got his email about the mistake, and he was very kind. This is a reminder to all of us to be very careful about our reviews. I am truly embarrassed.

They seemed to do a satisfactory job. I haven’t used them in a while but I’m thinking about using them again. I was happy with the price because it was a Groupon. I like them because they used more natural cleaners, and the work they did was fine.

Nic was on time, both to do the estimate, and to do the cleaning. He was pleasant and informative, did not try to "upsell" or convince us to add services. He was a good sport about it when we decided not to clean the two offices, and cheerfully adjusted the estimate downward. The carpets look great, and dried in a timely manner. We will definitely use Eco Choice again!

Great job! All around very professional. The carpets look very nice - better than we expected. Pet stains were 100% removed. The carpets look like new. Highly recommended.

Robert called that he was running a little late and gave me a new time of arrival. When he and his worker arrived they explained what they would be doing to pre-treat the rug and then immediately started to work. The rug had a lot of stains that I thought would never come up but when they completed the job the rug looked wonderful. They were both very professional, pleasant & hard working. I will be using them again.

My wife and I rented out a room to a close friend for about a year or so, and he was the type to stay in his room when he was home. So, needless to say, after a year, the carpet had some pretty dark "traffic" marks. My wife and I tried renting a carpet cleaning machine, and it really just didn't seem to do much. So, a friend referred me to Nick at Ecosafe, and I decided to give him a call and get an estimate. I told him I just needed the one room, and that my wife and I were expecting our first child and wanted it to not only be clean, but safe and sanitized. He explained all the products he uses, and answered any questions I had, including how safe the products he uses are and how thoroughly they actually clean. We set up a date and time, and he was even about ten to fifteen minutes early on the cleaning date! We met, he answered more questions I thought about in the mean time, and then he looked at the room. He gave me a fair estimate, and then he started right away. After he was all finished, he told me he had to go over it twice because of all the soap that was still in the carpet from our attempt to do it ourselves (oops!). The carpet looked ten times better than our measly attempt! Our nursery was all set up in a short amount of time after that, and we had our daughter on September 2nd, 2011. She came home to an impeccable nursery if we do say so ourselves! When she gets to the point where she is going to start crawling, we are DEFINITELY going to give him another call to do the carpet in our living room!
