They are service driven and ensure everything is installed properly and all equipment is functioning properly prior to departure. We had some technical difficulties and total TV failure on a brand new TV and they guided us through the entire resolution process and went way above and beyond to get our TVs installed and on the timeliness fashion possible. The installation of my TV was performed with great care and precision. I commend them for arriving in time and making sure that all functions on the television were done properly and that I was fully satisfied with the work. They offered to come out if there were any questions or help needed on TV after they had completed the work as they wanted to make sure I was completely satisfied. I am very happy with the workmanship and care they took. They did the work as if they were working on their own home. I will use their service in the future if I have other projects. My TV was installed super fast and it looks great! Very respectful great customer service. I would highly recommend.

He was great. Unfortunately the attachment of devices to the back of the tv had to be redone by us. They came off within minutes he offered to come back several days later but that was not going to work. Use of painters ape was not good enough.

They do not patch walls if you have them run the wire inside the wall, other than that everything went great. Will hire again.
