Ā + 1 moreThe landscaping went well and he performed according to plan. However, we then hired him to do full yard maintenance including lawn mowing, which we assumed would be weekly. The first time he waited two weeks before mowing, then mowed it again in four days, and then waited two weeks, so we terminated yard maintenance with him.
Description of Work: Removed existing plants and replanted the small backyard according to the plan that he suggested. He also added to the existing drip irrigation system. After a slight delay in the starting time, the job was completed in two days according to plan.

Ā + 0 morePerformed work promptly, everything looked good when they were finished, but we soon began to have problems with the sprinkler system. They did not return my husband's telephone call regarding the problem and, one year later, the sprinkler system is not working.
Description of Work: Removed existing backyard landscaping, graded yard, installed retaining walls, installed irrigation system and automatic timer, and planted sod, trees, and bushes.

Ā + -1 moreTHEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. THEY WERE ON TIME FOR THE ENTIRE 3 DAYS. THEY CHARGE AN AVERAGE PRICE FOR ABOVE AVERAGE WORK. THEY WERE VERY FRIENDLY & RESPECTFUL. WHEN THEY FINISHED THEY MADE SURE THEY CLEANED UP THEIR MESS.
Description of Work: THEY LAID A SEA ROCK WALK & BUILT A RETAINING WALL AROUND OUR GARDEN.
