Wanted a pondless waterfall for our backyard. John came out and looked over the area and came up with a great plan for the area. There are 4 water drop areas coming from 2 different streams, and large boulders around the waterfall. The project came out beautiful! The crew was very knowledgeable and made sure everything was done right. We love sitting on our back deck and looking at the waterfall. And it sounds so relaxing. John is also great with landscaping and has a lot of plant knowledge, so we had him do the landscaping around the pond also. Instant gratification! We were very pleased with every aspect of the job.

He took measurements offered some suggestions and said he would send a detailed project description. He was great to work with and patiently answered all of our questions. We appreciated his attention to detail, the importance he placed on the design and our satisfaction with the outcome. His team was dedicated and very hard working. They always arrived on time and did a great job of cleaning up at the end of every day. We absolutely love our beautiful and relaxing waterfall. I highly recommend Complete Ponds.

+ -1 moreIt went very well. I had called another pond service, who sent a teenager to look at the pond and told me that there was no leak. When Tyler arrived he diagnosed the problem in two minutes. Tree roots had grown into the waterfall lip, creating a gap through which water was leaking. Some of the roots were a big around as an axe handle. He dug out the roots and put the waterfall lip back together the way is was suppose to be. NO MORE LEAK! The $95 per hour labor rate seems high but he got everything done in 2.5 hours, so it was worth the cost. (This from a very cheap bastarxx.) So if I am happy most anyone will be happy with their work.
Description of Work: Identified the source of a water leak in my pond waterfall and repaired that leak. The tech was professional, knowledgeable and worked hard to fix the leak. He needed to go to the store to get some needed items and stopped the clock until he returned. I will use only this company for all my pond issues in the future.

Description of Work: Diagnosed and repaired leak in waterfall between fountain and pond. John was very knowledgeable and skilled. The leak was due to the liner having slipped down during the years since 2005 when water feature was put in. He repositioned the liner in several places, and placed extra rocks to hold it in place - all in 20 minutes!

Description of Work: I have a waterfall and pond and decided to convert the pond to pondless. I needed to replace my pump because it was leaking. Mark Dyba came out to discuss my options. He is very personable and professional. The new pump is so much quieter than the old one. After the work was done, I felt the rock needed a little more tweaking. They were very agreeable and came out to add some rock over the sealer. I now think it looks great. My pond was concrete so they were limited in what they could do as opposed to a pond with a liner. But I am very pleased with the outcome. I thought the price was a bit high but really didn't know what to expect. I would highly recommend Complete Ponds. They did a great job!

Tyler and crew did an outstanding job and the pond looked great after they finished. Even saved some money and time, because I completed the fill up after they left. Would recommend the service to anyone. But, call early to get on the spring schedule.et dee
Description of Work: Drain, pressure wash and clean back yard Koi pond. Pond is about 10 x 20 and 3 feet deep with 13 fish. Carefully removed the fish, used a gas powered high pressure washer and thinned the plants. Would recommend they get longer discharge hose, I have an acre plus yard and the 3500 gallons of water could have been discharged over a larger area with more hose.

Before Tyler replaced the pump he took my pump apart to see if maybe pine needles were jammed inside and sure enough that was the problem! That saved me over $700 by not replacing it. He also installed a new UV light and transformer for me. And he didn't have to but back washed my filter for me too!!!! Complete Ponds has always been responsive to my needs, concerns, and questions.

From beginning through end I would give Mark and his people a 10! They are experienced, highly service-oriented, punctual, extremely reasonably priced and definitely believe in follow-up with their customers. I strongly recommend them to any acquaintance who is considering installing a new pond or needs attention to an existing pond. As a Realtor/Contractor for almost 44 years my opinion should matter to your subscribers. We are so impressed with Complete Ponds that I hope the firm will become a member of your program as the Premier Pond Installation and Maintenance Section.
Description of Work: We purchased a home that had been a short sale so the previous owner did not properly maintain the yard or fish pond for several years. We inherited a disaster! After calling (with no response) and interviewing a few "legitimate" pond care contractors we met Mark Dyba at a Home Show and felt he was responsive to our needs. He promptly visited our home, thoroughly analyzed the work needing done, made several sensible suggestions, prepared an itemized cost estimate within a few days, and revisited our home where he completely demonstrated the items to be addressed as well as what items were not included and offered several great options to us. We happily entered into a written agreement with Mark. His crew began work on the project as Mark had agreed and continued to complete all of the construction and clean-up before his estimated completion date. We watched the workers and were amazed at their knowledge and abilities relative to the pond. We are so pleased with the entire experience with Mark, who supervises in the field, and his wife, who operates their large pond supply store, we would be remiss if we did not extend a formal recommendation for Complete Ponds.

+ -1 moreThey did good work and hey don't mess things up. y husband told them what he wanted and they came up with this wonderful design which was beautiful. they built it in 2005 and I haven't seen anything like this anywhere; the design of it. My husband wanted a waterfall and when they were talking to him I couldn't see it but they could. Anytime I went into the store to get supplies or anything they were always really polite and they just took care of everything. They are one of those good companies.
Description of Work: Complete Ponds built my pond work waterfall and they are currently rebuilding it because critters damaged the lining.

+ -1 moreMark Dyba of complete Ponds build my original Koy pond 10 years ago and recently I decided to get rid of my fish pond and asked them to change my pond into a waterfall feature with just rocks. The end result was incredibly beautiful. The artistry they displayed in re-building my pond was amazing. Working with Cory and Mark Dyba was a great experience. They run a customer oriented business. I can call them anytime I need information and they treat me as a friend. I would highly recommend them anytime. I am a happy and satisfied customer.
