+ -1 moreBrian performed the work we asked him to do. His inspections on AC/Heating units is extensive and he knows his stuff. He is very reliable, trustworthy, honest, punctual and confident in the work that he performs. His pricing is very fair. His office assistant is very helpful in communicating appointments and providing invoices also. We were extremely happy with this business and have referred him to family and friends for future use.
Description of Work: We have used Comfort 1 Heating & Air three times in the past few months due to moving. We had him do a inspection on the AC/Heating units at a house we were interested in purchasing and we had him perform routine maintenance on the AC unit at the house we were selling. After purchasing another home we had Brian come back and perform some minor issues that he had found previously before we had made the purchase of the home. Our AC unit is now running exceptionally quiet now and seems to be running more efficiently. He also explained parts of this particular new system to us that we had questions about,
