COIT Cleaning and Restoration of Roseville

I was not happy with them. They did make right. They never called me to tell me that it had been eaten by moths. It was actually under my husbands reclining chair. He said what happened is pile doesn't come up until you clean it, you don't actually see it, but they never called me to tell me, and they returned it. They covered it up, but I didn't like the way they did it, so when they left I moved all the furniture and turned it around, and that's when I found it. They were really dishonest about it, but they did get it repaired for me, they asked me, well what do you expect us to do?, I said, I expect you to get it repaired, and it was well done, because it's a multi colored rug, so it wasn't easy to do. I will not use them again. Well I guess they did a good job cleaning it, they just never told me that it had a hole in it, or at least the pile had a hole in it, the backing was still there, but I guess that's what happens with moths. I did research moths and moth damage, and what I had, when they brought it back it looked like moth damage. The guys were nice enough, and they did a good job, you know, they were pleasant enough, came when they said they were going to, and both picking up and delivery. They could have called me and told me there was this problem. They knew about it, it wasn't as if they didn't know, they admitted that to me. They made sure I didn't see it when they put it down, but because it's a multi colored rug, and it looked better one way round than the other. The price was probably okay. This is a very heavy rug with a thick matt. I think the quality of cleaning is probably fine. They did repair it, and it was probably quite an expensive repair. It was right where the patent was, and the person that did it did an excellent job.

It went well and my drapes came back looking new. The only think I didn't like was that I had to go without my drapes for 11 days.

The technician was on-time. He got right to work, was very polite, and my sofa smelled and felt so much better when he was done!

I was totally satisfied. They were very professional and very friendly. They did a great job. They showed up on time. They did exactly what I needed done. I would absolutely use them again in the future.

They were clean and thourough and was polite. I felt good going with a company that I was familiar with.

I heard about them through an add in my newspaper. I love the fact that this guy was meticulously clean and he left everything in perfect condition. This is a corporation that sends out different people every time you call. The gentleman that came here, I would give him an A+. I have not one complaint about anything he did. And I watched him very closely, because I was here through the whole experience. Not only did they cleaned my carpets, but he raked them. The carpet napped up and it dried like that, with the nap up. The carpet stayed that way even though we walked on them - they stayed with the nap up for probably a week.
