Called because of leak in garage and had very fast response. Clark came out and gave me an estimate and told me what he thought the problem was. They were excellent for scheduling within my schedule and came out promptly and completed the work with no hassles and explained the work that was done.

They removed my old roof, installed a stone coated metal roof; added an extra pipe in my water heater closet & a spark arrester on my chimney. They explained the whole process & answered all questions to my satisfaction. We are very happy with our new roof and can't wait for it to rain for the first time now that we have peace of mind that it won't leak anymore! Clark and his crew showed up as scheduled and did an outstanding job of re-roofing our house. They were very respectful of our property and cleaned up after themselves as they went along. Through no fault of their own, the job wrapped up a day late because the City inspector didn't show up as scheduled. I found Clark to be a very personable guy who seemed to have the respect of his employees. I would highly recommend them!

They did well. There were two installers here for 2 days and they worked at it very hard. We just had a storm but I haven't checked the attic for leaks yet. If there is a leak I will give them a call. Clark seemed very busy and also seemed to know the business and has lots of experience. Also was very responsive. The office staff were responsive and professional as well.

I thought it was a bit pricey (though this is the first new roof for me). But he was very professional. Went through all the details of what would be done on the roof as well as going over multiple different tile samples, and how they would appear. Gave us the start date and time and that's when they actually began working! They completed the work in three days; one less than originally estimated including all gutter work. And it looks fantastic! Was very easy to work with and provided all documentation needed (needed extra docs for our home refi.). Very satisfied!

Went great. Only problem.. no call in advance. If he had come an hour later, there would have been no one home. Very pleasant guy. He knows what he is doing.. no flunkies that don't have a clue.

I contacted three Angie's List roofing companies by phone and email and only Clark's Gables Roofing responded, and that on the same day. (The other two companies were Roseville Roofing and Lakehills Roofing.) Clark Blowers, the owner, came out himself, listened carefully to what we wanted, and provided several workable options with different prices and looks. We wanted to stay with the look of wood shingles, which is what we had, but the Presidential TL composition shingles provided the look with far better protection and a 50-year warranty. Clark worked with us on the start date, had an outstanding crew that cleaned up as they went along, and finished within the three days promised. They were professional, friendly and even made a few repairs that were needed. All in all, we could not be happier with the company and with our new roof. I have already recommended Clark's Gables Roofing to a friend, and my husband took pictures to several people at his workplace who are interested, along with Clark's cards. Incidentally, they provided a $400 Angie's List discount to members--nice!

I am so grateful to Clark for the job he did. It took three half days for his crew of three to not only finish the job, but to install upgrades to my attic ventilation. They were very professional and polite. WHY WOULD ANYONE WANT TO GO ELSEWHERE FOR A ROOFING JOB?

I needed a roofer quickly to replace broken tiles on the roof of a house we were selling. When I called Clark's Gables, not only did I find a roofer who had time available, but was able to quote a rough estimate over the phone. He came to inspect and more thoroughly estimate the job on a Wednesday, and was there the next morning and completed the job. His selection of and placement of the replacement tiles was skillfully done. The roof looks like it has all original tiles with the normal color discrepancies one would expect. In addition, he noted that the vent pipe flashing needed to be sealed and cleaned.

The company provided a timely estimate that was reasonable in price. I had a few questions related to the estimate and during the course of responding to my questions the company said that "(my) roof will not last that much longer" and recommended a new roof. The original estimate for 750.00 gave no indication that my roof would not "last that much longer" and the work suggested was relatively minor, including installing storm collors and repairing ridges "where needed." When I inquired about felt exposure or missing shinkles, I was told no explosure was seen or missing shakes. I am wondering how the estimate moved from 750.00 to the recommendation of a new roof because my roof "will nto last that much longer." Two other reputable companies were clear that my roof had at least 5 years of life and also added they would not feel comfortable even suggesting a new roof.

I called 4 roofing contractors and Clark was the first contractor to provide me with a bid. Clark was very knowledgeable, and his price was competitive, so I decided to use them. The job was scheduled and completed withing a few days. The workers were very professional and friendly, and they cleaned everything up as soon as they were done. My overall experience with this company was excellent, and I will be recommending them to anybody needing a new roof or roof repair

I thought I needed a roof repair so I called Clarks' Gables. They came out and looked at my issue then told me that it was a simple do-it-yourself job that I needed. They told me what to buy and how to install it so that I could get the job done easily, correctly, and most economically.

They were just very professional and all around very knowledgeable. We've used them twice.

Clark Blowers provided a detailed estimate on short notice and he had the work scheduled within a week of my acceptance of his bid. He and his team were punctual and professional. Clark and his office staff responded promptly to any questions I had. He was very knowledgeable and patient in helping me to determine the grade and color of the roof I wanted. The work was finished within the promised time and the roof looks great. I'm very happy with the experience and wouldn't hesitate to use his services again.

Clark was a pleasure to deal with, from the beginning of the project to the end. He consistently conducted himself in a professional manner and and made sure things were done right. We spent a lot of time deciding on what roof to put on our 10-12 pitch roof home. It is a dominant feature of the house and we wanted to make sure a choose the right replacement for the wood shakes. Clark gave us multiple addresses to check out that had roofs we thought might look good on our house. If we saw a different house with a roof we liked, we gave Clark the address and he was glad to go by and let us know what the roof material was. He brought roof samples for us to look at and in the end helped us make the final decision. Hi tearoff crew came out and removed over six thousand square feet of roof and almost finished the tar paper in a single day. The operation went smoothly and the workers kept the area around the house clean. During the entire roofing operation, Clark's crews were easy to have around, worked efficiently, and paid attention to detail. In total, it took only about five days to complete the entire project. The roof looks absolutely beautiful and has really enhanced the appearance of our home. We were concerned about picking the right product for our home and Clark assured us that this product would look great, and he was right. Additionally, Clark went above and beyond what was asked of him. He recommended that we add roof vents to help keep our home cooler which we had him do. Outside the contract, he removed and covered two gas vents that were no longer in use. I asked him to relocate our water heater vent which he gladly took care of. He even had his guys paint some trim on the dormers of the house that could not be painted due to the condition of the old roof. Overall, we had a great experience with Clark and I highly recommend him to anyone looking to install or replace a roof. I am confident that you will be very pleased with the result.

Clark was a very professional, personable man. I got a quote, (not the cheapest, but in the middle) he gave me a date, and we went from there. He explained everything to me in advance, and it went exactly as he said it would. On time, and no "extras" charged. I went with Clark because I wanted it done right. Sure, I could have got it done cheaper, but I didn't have any confidence in the other quotes. They seemed a little "shady". I am very happy with my decision to go with Clark.

Clark did a great job. When I noticed an issue, called Clark's Gables. Showed up fast, diagnosed problem as a half dozen or so cracked tiles. Clark scrounged up the tiles (did not charge me for them) and installed. Poof, problem fixed. I paid the minimum charge only. Recommend and would rehire!

The job went well except the workers threw trash from the roof to the steps in front of my house and I was not happy about that. They also laid a heavy tarp on my grass in the front yard and I was not happy about that. When the workers finished the job, I could not close my garage because they had cut the line to my garage door opener when they installed new vents on top of my garage. I had to call a garage Company to come out before I could close my garage. That cost me $169.00.

I called Clark's Gables and reached an agreement to repair a leaky roof two weeks before we were to leave on a two week trip. I had to call their office a few times to find out when they would be here to perform the repairs. They wouldn't give me a definite answer but assured me that they would get here. A few bad jobs and labor issues later, I was told that I was scheduled for 3:00 in the afternoon the day before our trip departure. I called them at 4:00 p.m. that day and was told that they wouldn't be there to perform the work. I will never let Clark's Gables on my roof and neither should you.

Clark was great! Always on time. Very professional and cleans up after himself. No nails, staples old roof or anything. Clean up each day. Contract said 3 days; think he did it in 2. Oh yea, No Leaks.

Excellent service. Clark came out to give an estimate, but I was not present. My husband told me he liked Clark and his explanations. I obtained four other estimates from different companies. Then my husband and I spent some time looking at different homes and products. After we identified which product we liked the look of, we referred back to Angie's list reviews and our estimates. Clarks's Gable Roofing had the most competitive price for the product we wanted to put on the roof. He also had excellent reviews. I called the company and said I had some more questions and asked if Clark could come to the house for a second time. He came and patiently answered all of my questions. He did not try to up-sale me and actually discouraged me from a product I asked about and indicated it was not worth the additional cost. After signing the contract, Clark and the company were receptive to phone calls I placed with additional requests. Clark went out of his way one night to drop off a sample piece of gutter so I could match to paint. He also went out of his way to help me coordinate with my painter. His customer service is excellent. The roof took only two days to complete. There was a variety of workers and all were professional and respectful of the house. They did an excellent job on the roof, siding replacement and gutter installation. They cleaned up everything. I had read on some previous reviews that clean up was a complaint but that was not an issue. They left the property spotless and the men were very conscientious. I highly recommend Clark's Gable Roofing.

Clark was there to do the estimate in a timely fashion and was right on time with our appointment. He underbid two estimates I got by about $3000. He was only a few hundred dollars above my lowest bid, but I liked his profesionalism and his promptness. The project was a little delayed because of contruction that I was doing on my house at the time was delayed. Clark came by to check on the status of the work that I was doing and to let me know when the best time to schedule the roof to be done, which made me feel a lot better about the company. I sceduled the appointment two weeks later and the crew showed up on time as they said they would and the job was completed in 2 days. They removed some of the dryrot from a leak and replaced the sheeting without charging me any extra. The only thing that kept me from giving them an A on the quality was that the cut around a solar tube that we installed looked a little off (no chance of leaking though) the cleanup was not a good as it could have been (I was picking up staples several weeks after the job), and Clark had to increase the original estimate by $150 for some material shortages (the price was still great). Other than that the job was done nice, the service was great, and the price was AWESOME......

The service went great. They did it on time and did exactly what they said they would. I was very pleased with them.
