Description of Work: I had what I thought was a roof leak in the kitchen of a rental home. Due to the heating and air conditioning along with water pipes it was impossible to inspect the area. To inspect the area it was necessary to cut a hole in the roof. I found Clark's here on Angie's list and gave them a call. Clark arrived right on time and figured out where to cut the hole. His crew arrived a short time later and got to work. They found that it wasn't the roof but a junction in one of the water pipes was cracked. The junction only leaked when the kitchen faucet was turned on. i called the plumber who couldn't come out until the next morning. Since rain was expected overnight Clark's crew put the roof back together, instead of just outing a tarp over the hole. The plumber arrived in the morning and a couple of hours later had the pipes fixed. I called Clark and let him know approximately when the plumbers were going to be done. His guy arrived just as the plumber was getting in his truck. He permanently fixed the hole and you couldn't tell they had there. Within an hour we had a complete downpour. Thanks to the excellent service from Clark's everything went perfectly. I highly recommend Clark's Gable Roofing.

Description of Work: Based on the number of positive reviews, I contacted Clark's Gables Roofing for an estimate on roofing a vacation home addition. They were very professional and agreed to review the design plans to provide a roofing estimate. They called a day later to indicate they had reviewed the plans and it was not a job they were interested in. This is understandable given the steep pitch and need for freeze protection. I was impressed they took the time to call and tell me they would not be submitting a bid. Unfortunately many contractors are not this courteous and I find I have to call them to find out they are not interested. Even though I did not use this company I found them to be courteous and professional.

Description of Work: This is the first time I've had to deal with getting a new roof, and Clark's Gables Roofing made it pretty smooth. I actually asked previous customers in the neighborhood, and they were satisfied with his work, so I gave them a shot. They were very professional and adjusted to my erratic work schedule. The entire job was done in two and a half days, and the quality was great. There was a little damage to one of my bushes in the front yard, but I'd call that minimal. Some of the shingle grains made it into my pool, and there were a couple of cans of sealant leftover in the backyard. If I were to do it again (hopefully not anytime within the next 20 years), I'd go with them again.
