Excellent!!! A very positive experience purchasing first home repair through Angie's List. Pricing was very competitive with other garage repair providers in the Sacto/El Dorado Hills area. CJ provided a complementary lube and check on garage door and opener. The appointment was very easy to make with CJ's Garage Door; and CJ was very accommodating to work with my schedule. CJ provided a courtesy call 30 minutes prior. He was very personable and knowledgeable on garage doors and openers. It took no more than 30 minutes for CJ to complete the spring replacement and lube the entire garage door. He was nice enough to even lube the adjoining two-car garage door spring, door and opener. I will certainly hire CJ for future garage door repairs.

Was available the same day I called, accommodated my schedule, and arrived on time. Replaced the spring for less than the estimate, balanced and lubricated the door and opener for free. Since my other door had a 25 year old spring I had him replace that one as well. Knowledgeable, did not push services or repairs I didn't need.

I called about my garage door being finicky thinking the motor may have been faulty. Cj came out and discovered no real problem. He offered to adjust the handle on rope as I think my car rack caught it causing the door to fall. My door is old and of course could be replaced but he spent a good amount of time just giving me options for new doors and a cool wifi remote that would solve the possible frequency issue, no pressure to buy and wasn't even going to charge for the adjustment to rope handle! Super nice guy and will absolutely use when we purchase our doors!!

Excellent, Excellent, Excellent!!! I called CJ late on Friday afternoon and set an appointment for the next day. I explained my situation with the garage door and got a quote over the phone. Not only punctual but a little early, which was fine with me. After his initial inspection, his quote went down because work was less than originally thought (Not many companies would lower their price)! Definitely will hire him again when we need any garage door work.

CJ contacted me the morning after I purchased the Angie's List deal for a garage door replacement. He came to my house several hours later and measured the door and provided me a brochure regarding the type of door he would install. CJ was very professional and knowledgeable yet did not try to upsale the purchase. That evening I reviewed the brochure and contacted him the next day regarding possibly upgrading the door to a heavier metal. The cost to do so was much less than I thought it would be. CJ arrived on time to do the install. I could tell he was a perfectionist and it showed in the quality of his work. The garage door looks and works great. I highly recommend him for all of your garage door needs. His prices are great and the quality of work exceptional. Thank you CJ!

CJ was very responsive when I contacted him and he suggested an appointment for the next day to replace a garage door spring! Talk about great service! He suggested a time which was fine. When he determined he could not make that time but would be a little later he called with the estimated time. Ok, very impressed. When he arrived he inspected the door, spring, cables and got right to work saying it would take about 30 minutes. He completed the work and suggested a few items that might need repair or attention sometime in the future which was very helpful. He was very personable and I would not hesitate to hire him in the future. Excellent work and service!

It went fantastically! Called after hours expecting to leave a message but CJ answered. First I needed to replace my garage door r/t it had a hole, dents, no insulation, and my husband was changing the rollers and the door came crashing down. Second, we decided to replace the motor since ours was extremely loud and @16+ years old like the door. CJ was very reasonable, best price of the more than 3 quotes I received. He was very helpful in helping me decide on type of door and helped me justify certain details or he told me his opinion which I loved! He was on time, polite and clean. I would definitely refer family and friends to CJ.

fabulous, On a Saturday night I could not close my garage door. I was concerned about leaving it open.. All services I looked into were closed. I left a message on Cj's phone, although I doubted any company would be available to repair my garage door on a weekend, let alone with a Saturday night request. Well CJ exceeded my expectations. He returned my call Sat eve and scheduled an appt Sun am (which may not be typical work hours). CJ showed up promptly Sun am and repaired my garage door. Cj was professional, courteous, thoughtful. He thoroughly explained each item he addressed and the charge was extremely reasonable. I would be honored to give his service a grade of A+++++++++. Truly, I shall follow-up with CJ in the future and I highly recommend his company to others. Thank you for allowing me to share feedback!

It went very well. I'd have CJ's back for sure. When it's time to replace the opener I'll call him. We have two doors, and the other door was serviced by another company a few months earlier on this same offer. That went OK, but the tech seemed put out by the offer, and wasn't confidence-building in general. CJ was refreshing after that earlier experience!

It went GREAT. He was wonderful to work with and I sat outside and chatted with him the whole time. Didn't have to but he was a great guy. I didn't realize how bad my rollers were until he replaced them. A couple were barely hanging on. So glad I made the call and I would recommend him to anyone. When was the last time you had your garage doors looked at? Time to think about it.

He did a very good job. It was easy to make an appointment with them even though they have been busy. I am not sure about the pricing because I have never had to have this kind of work done. I called someone else for a quote and their rate was $70 more.

CJ called me early in the morning and told me that he had other jobs but would try to make it to my place by Noon today (the same day I contacted him). He called me at about 10 am and said he'd be here in one half hour, which he did. He not only fixed the cables, but because the old cables had been crimped, he replaced them for only $10 for the pair, with heavier cables. He told me I could actually use the old cables, but I decided to replace them. He adjusted and lubricated every moving part and the door operates like the day it was installed 25 years ago......only smoother and quieter. CJ is extremely professional, honest and punctual......he won't do any work without your approval. So, if you are a senior citizen like I am, you can trust CJ to do the job right, quickly and at a fair price. He's top notch!

Very Well! CJ showed up on time & called before arriving ( a nice extra). It showed quickly that he knew what he was doing, by the quality of his work and his expertise. I was charged a fair price. CJ was great. Very personable. Scheduling was easy & when we needed to change to an hour earlier he was accommodating. Patiently answered my questions & gave us a quick mini-tutorial on how to open the door if the power goes out. We will certainly contact him again if/when we have the need.
