+ -1 moreHorrible expiericne. No professionalism, no quality of work or time considerations for homeowner. No follow up or professionalism regarding the complaint. Their word is worthless - they do NOT mean what they say or do. Additionally, they ruined the boxes that held these lights.
Description of Work: I was given a quote by Cas Tech Pro Holiday lights to install my existing Christmas lights. I agreed on the esitmate based on the work explained. On 12/15 the work was completed w/o an appointment (as originally agreed upon) and the work was below substandard. One entire box of lights were not used, the lights that were up, half did not work and the wreath was not only NOT centered in the window, but the wreath was not electrically connected to anything so it never turned on. I called for Cas Tech Pro to come out and fix the following morning and although agreed upon, never showed and yet charged me for services. I asked for a refund, was promised one by "Daniel" and as of 12/22 (4 business days later) have still not received the agreed upon credit. I have received no follow up work, phone call or inquiry.
