+ -1 moreCA Closets did a great job from start to finish. Kathleen did a great job designing our new closet. The install team showed up on time, were very professional, and did a great job. (we hired a handyman to remove the old shelving before CA Closets arrived) The only drawbacks: it was nine weeks from order to install and the payment website was a little clunky.
Description of Work: We had CA Closets completely redo our 10 x 10 master bedroom closet.

+ 0 moreService representative came and was efficient once arrived but wasn't effective in finding address. Should be given better tools for finding address; had to call multiple times to get here.
Description of Work: Installed a custom closet system, floor to ceiling for a medium his and hers closet. We were satisfied with the installation generally, but had a wardrobe lifter installed that did not work smoothly when loaded no matter how few or many hanging items placed on it. This wardrobe lifter failed April 19, 2013, left message with the consultant who returned the call on Monday which was very nice as is out on medical leave and followed her verbal instructions to contact customer service by email which was done. With no response in 48 hours, contacted by phone to reach a message recorder. Call was returned that day and was assured contact was being expedited, but no return call to schedule repair until 4/26/13, one week after failure. Subsequently was advised earliest repair service would be 5/21/13. Conclusion: Nice quality, installation scheduled for a reasonable time, but customer service is grossly unacceptable;one month for a repair is way too long.
