CALIFORNIA BACKYARD ROSEVILLE

First we were met by a great salesman name Chuck. He was helpful but not pushy wish we appreciated. We are currently adding a pool house in the backyard and needed a big table and chair set to accommodate our family. We found a set that did just that. It is 10 foot long and has 8 chairs. All were top quality. Cushions were thick and color of the seats were perfect for the room. Not only that, they were having a sale and we got it for approximately 40% off the regular price. We could not be more pleased. They let us keep it there for two weeks until we found space to store it until the room was finished. This was not our first purchase from California Backyard and it will not be the last. Would recommend to anyone.

With each of our trips, it was a great experience. The girls that work the showroom are so fun and friendly that my husband and I really look forward to our trips there and to all the fun new items the girls show us! I can honestly say, "It's my favorite store".

We were looking for a high-end faux Christmas tree after Christmas, and this store no longer had the one we really wanted - even the floor model had been purchased. The staff and manager were super helpful at this particular store, and the manager spent considerable time (perhaps half an hour!) on the computer and telephone to find what we wanted, still boxed, and arranged for us to pick it up at another (much less helpful, what a contrast!) store. (When we went to retrieve the tree at the other store, the staff seemed uncaring, disorganized and unhelpful, a big contrast to the Roseville store.) We would feel comfortable going to the Roseville store for advice or to purchase outdoor items - the staff seemed attentive and very customer-centered!
