From beginning to end, I couldn't asked for more. He was a professionist. Every details was covered and his rates were reasonable. I am quite picky so I don't refer people often but I would highly recommend Ruben. He cleaned and picked and was on time. He was concerned about every detail of the job and he did extra things to be helpful and he was very respectful of my puppy and very patient. I couldn't say enough good things about him. This has been the most pleasant experience of my home remodel. Amazing customer service, punctuality, and great communication. The florist came out absolutely stunning, I am getting a ton of compliments on the before, and after. Great attention to detail, some of the things I haven’t noticed were pointed out and fixed. This has been not only transformational for the home, but for my own peace of mind and “new start” in my life as well. I look forward to getting my floors done in the kitchen by this company.

It went great I had carpet removed and hauled away. Laminate was installed in the Hallway, Office, Master bedroom and closet. This was all performed in two days. The workers worked diligently with precision they waste very little time they utilized DoorDash for Lunch. Great Job !!!!!! Two Thumbs Up!!!!

Bonafide flooring design did a great job with our install. About a week from quote to install - fast, efficient, affordable quality work. We didn't have the transitions when the team did the initial install, but they came back to see that the job was done once the transitions arrived!

The services and installation were preformed at a very high professional process. The owner and staff worked excellent on our project. At the end of each day work area was cleaned and left in the same manner as found. We would hire them for our future projects.

First of all, what a great person Ruben is! Not only does he know what he’s doing professionally, but he is a genuinely nice person (you don’t find that often). Ruben and his crew did an AMAZING job with our bathroom tile and under tile heating installation. The intricacy of the tile pattern and cuts they made definitely shows their professionalism. He listened to our vision and concerns for our bathroom and in return was transparent and explained how the job would be done then executed with perfection. Ruben and his crew really cared about the end result and were extremely clean. I will definitely hire Ruben again and I HIGHLY recommend using them!

I had a chance to see Ruben’s work when my dad hired his services to install hardwood on their 2nd home and was impressed how meticulous he is about detail and holds his craft to a high standard. About 5+ years down the line, I needed to rip out the carpet and install vinyl flooring before moving in. Of coarse I’m going to call the guy who is already vetted by the pickiest man I know, my pops. I was grateful agreed to the job for a fair price despite the fact that I live on the 3rd floor and those boxes are 50+lb each. They did a great job. I did a walkthrough afterwards and tried to find little things to complain about but couldn’t find any. Bonafide Flooring Design is a company built on high standards, and the work speaks for itself.

Ruben from Bonfide Flooring Design installed laminate flooring in my house, and I was very impressed with the quality of his work and attention to detail. He made sure every cut and angle was exactly right, even in places like the back of a closet where it would not be seen. Because of my first experience with Ruben, I did not even consider hiring anyone else when I had stone backsplash installed and two fireplaces faced with stone. Ruben had great ideas for both projects and they look amazing; we get compliments on them all the time. I have had several friends ask for a referral after seeing Ruben's work, and I recommend him without reservation.
