I've used them for a long time and I would not use anyone else. They are very responsible, very reliable, and very nice. They do a great job, which is why I don't go to anyone else. I trust them. I started with them when Brent the owner was on his own and now we use the others he has working for him. I recommend them to everyone.

Overall Cholo and Mark did an excellent job. They were scheduled to come between 10 and noon but Cholo called at 10:30 to tell me they were behind schedule and to expect them between noon and 2. They showed up around 2. They worked for about 1.5 hours and the difference in the carpet was amazing, better than I feared might be possible given the soiling of the carpet. There were a few spots that resisted removal, but the carpet is 100% better. After they left I found that about a 4 inch strip under the door to the hallway had been missed (the door hadn't been opened), but I can clean that myself later (I hope I can do as good a job there as they did). Overall great job.

I had two homes' carpets cleaned by B&L between the end of Nov and first week of Dec 2011 (moving from a rental into a new purchase). Their customer service and resposiveness were top-notch. Each time I called I either got someone on the line right away or was called back almost immediately. When I set up the times to have the cleaning done they made the appointment exactly and gave me the 45 minute warning as pre-arranged. These were both short-notice jobs as well and B&L worked around my schedule at the last minute. I believe the price I was charged was reasonable ($.25/square foot) and the quality of the cleaning was outstanding. Both crews were very pleasant and professional to work with when they arrived. This is my first introduction to services provided through Angie's List and I was not disappointed. In the past I have utilized yellow pages and the results were hit-or-miss. I found the other reviews helpful in choosing B&L and I will use them again for carpet cleaning so long as I still have carpet in my home.

They were very professional, gave some tips on prolonging the life of the couches and the carpets. Tried to talk me out of cleaning the couches since they were not that dirty despite being 12 years old, but I actually insisted since they had never been cleaned. Told me about the concerns when being too aggressive with the cleaning of the furniture fabric. Got a few stains out that the previous cleaners had not been able to get out the last time we had the carpets cleaned.

The workers arrived on time, did their work efficiently and thoroughly and were pleasant to be around.

Mark from B & L was professional and considerate as my wife and I were working out of the house as he worked. He just finished and the tile in all of the rooms looks great.

Called only a few days in advance and they were able to clean my carpets on the day I requested. They arrived on time and I am very pleased w/the job they did. Carpet dried in a reasonable period of time. I will use them again.

B & L did a good job. They arrived on time and were very thorough. The kitchen counters turned out to be a tougher job than expected. The grout hadn't been professionally cleaned since the house was built in 2000, but they stuck with it and got excellent results. We are quite satisfied with their work and would not hesitate to recommend them.

From calling and scheduling to the cleaning itself, things went smoothly.

They seemed to operate on a handshake. They were very professional that you don?t see very much down here. They said that they would do it and they did it. I did not have to sign on any contract or anything. I would use them in the future if required. I would have got them on Angie's List. Otherwise, I would not have known about them.

B&L Carpet Cleaning cleaned my sofa and 3 bedrooms. I called them at 8:00 a.m. and asked if it were possible for them to help me that day. They were booked but when I said it was the only day I had free until Friday, they said they would try to squeeze me in. They arrived at 11:30 and probably got a shorter lunch break for doing so, but they did the job beautifully and were so nice. No one will ever be disappointed in their work or their price. I can't imagine calling anyone else for these services.

They were absolutely great. The first company I called laughed at me when I gave them the dead line and the price they quoted me was twice the price I paid B & L Carpet Cleaning Services. They were really good. The carpet in the bedroom needed to be restretched. I was not sure if that was possible and he told me that he can do that in half an hour the day he delivers the carpet. That carpet was bugging me and they did a great job. He was really inexpensive. I am very happy with him. He came out as soon as I called and that was great.

I could NOT believe the Brent was able to get the marks out! I was so impressed! I had used him several times before, but the damage to the carpet was never that bad. I am always pleased with the service I receive from Brent. The first time I called was because there was a leak in the wall. He checked underneath the carpet to see if it was wet. It was. He pulled the carpet up to dry it out, brought a new pad in, stretched the carpet to get it back down, and STILL only charged $89!
