B&L Carpet Cleaning Services

We were happy with them. They did a good job and they were pleasant. They did good quality work.

They were very careful of all furniture and walls. I had to have them come out to attend to a spot that developed after the carpets dried. They came back out at my convenience and took care of the spot. The carpets look and feel brand new!

They arrived promptly and got the floors very clean. They were able to add the stairs at the last minute and did a stain protection there too. They weren't able to completely get the pet odor out of the carpets in the closet, but the rest of the floors looks great.

Everything went well. I am happy with their work.

Excellent communication prior to the appointment. They were prompt and on-time. The results met our expectations. They were friendly and courteous - a pleasure to deal with.

I had purchased a big deal for tile cleaning. The cleaners and the company were very professional and did a great job but I really wanted my shower cleaned and they only do floors. Because my house is mainly hard wood and my very small bathroom was the only tile area to be cleaned, it wasn't worth the $99 for the cleaning. I don't blame the company, the big deal description did not specify that the tile cleaning was only for floors.

Although I waited to use my deal until the allotted time had nearly expired there was no questioning of that fact. The two workers arrived on time and were totally professional in their explanation of what was included in the deal and what was expected of me during the time they were here. They worked quietly and were totally clear as they left as to how long I might expect the carpet to be damp and what actions I might take to be sure the cleaning would last as long as possible.

Made appointment with Chalo on 10/15 for 10/22 at 9:00. Alex and Axel showed up about ten minutes early and went right to work. Alex explained the process carefully, put guards on the corners and covered the tile in the hall where the hoses ran. There were a couple of old blood stains under the desks (cats and rats) that they couldn't remove, but the stains throughout the rest of the house were all gone (about 8 years worth). Chalo called at the end of the day to ask how the job was done. I am completely satisfied and highly recommend B&L

Friendly, helpful scheduler answered phone and scheduled us for later in the week. Two man crew arrived, on time, and briefed me on what they would do. Then got to work. They worked well together. The only extra we bought was scotchguard for the living room area. The carpets were clean when they left. They were not saturated with water like we have experienced with a name brand company. When dry, the carpets had no soapy residue feel to them.

After discussing the project on the phone, B&L arrived on time to performed the services that were agreed upon. The team was very neat and paid careful attention to detail. We were very happy with the outcome.

They arrived at the appointed time, cleaned carpet, removed all spots, and were finished in a very short amount of time. Professional plus.

They hired somebody to come by and fix it. He replaced some of it and painted it the wrong color, so I don't wanna do anymore work with them.

Beginning with the initial call to the completion of services, very professional, responsive and efficient. We would definetly recommend B & L .

They showed up on time and were extremely professional. Took the time to go over the services purchased and then to walk through the house, noting any probelms areas. They also set up barriers on the hallway corners to prevent any scratches or scuffs from their equipment. Overall, they were exceptionally courteous and professional. My carpets looked fantastic afterwards and a really bad stain was completely eliminated. Would definitely use their services again.

The cleaning in the kitchen came out very good. The special price covered the kitchen. I paid extra for the hallway cleaning. The hallway into the family room did not come very clean and the tape they used to protect the baseboard leaked and some baseboard was damaged. They had to send a trim guy over to replace the damaged baseboard. I repainted it myself.

Excellent experience with B&L. I called and I was going to purchase their 3 rooms for $99.00 deal but I needed them this week. I did not want to purchase if they could not meet my timetable. I called and spoke to Chalo Monterrojas who took a list of the areas that needed cleaning and asked probing questions (especially regarding pet urine). Chalo worked the numbers and determined he could perform the service more cost effectively outside the Angies list deal. I appreciate his open and honest appraisal of my cleaning needs and a willingness to work with the costs involved. The crew arrived on time and I showed them the work that was to be completed. I returned home and the carpet looks great! I would recommend using B&L and i will definitely use them again in the future. Thank you to Angie's List because I don't think I would have found/used B&L had I not been a member.

B&L did a FANTASTIC job! They didn't try to upsell me and even gave us a free bottle of spot remover for between cleanings. I will definitely use them again!

The air conditioning units in the house had basically vented all of the dirt down from the attic onto the carpet and they were cream colored carpets. And B&L came in only once and kept cleaning and cleaning until they brought these carpets back. The ones who came in were the father and his son. They were so nice and so professional. They put up corner guards. I liked the care that they take in keeping your walls safe from their equipment and your other floors safe from getting dirty. And they just really really work hard. We have already recommended them to someone else and they have use them too.

They did a pretty good job. They were 15 minutes late but showed up as I was on the phone with the owner. They were very professional and very nice.

When I bought it it said 300 sq ft of tile to be cleaned. When he came in to clean, they just did one section in my kitchen which wasn't 300 sq ft yet. I asked why he didn't clean the other section and he looked at me like "you didn't tell me to". They did clean it even though they probably weren't very happy with me. They cleaned it and did a good job. Just because of the attitude, I wouldn't use them again.
