Description of Work: Even with the Angie's List discount, this was probably almost $100 more than I should have spent, considering they cleaned about 500 or 600 square feet, a 5x8 rug and my sofa/ottoman. They did a good job, for the most part. The carpet looks great. The ottoman looks somewhat dirty still. I did like that they showed up when they said they would and were great about scheduling. They were nice, too. I've just seen better prices elsewhere.

Description of Work: The company employee (Mark) was very professional. Measured all the flooring I wanted cleaned and sealed. He was on-site for almost six hours. He prepped the floors by taping off any areas in which chemicals would come in contact with baseboard or furniture. Tile floors had cleaner applied, scrubbed, dried and then sealed. Very pleased with service provided and the representative that did the work. Very thorough and answered all questions of him.

Description of Work: Cleaned and sealed all tile floor grout (over 500 sq. ft). Grout was very dirty in places. Taped all surrounding areas. Arrived a little early and finished as scheduled. Work was terrific. Both workers were friendly and responded to all my questions. A very good experience and I will definitely call them back. Price was competitive but fair.

Description of Work: The technicians came out @ 9:00am. I did not expect them so early but that was okay. I told them I did not have time to move the area rug from the living room and asked them to move it. They then asked me which rooms were to be cleaned. I showed them the office as well. I told them they did not have to move any furniture in the office and just to clean the areas where the dog urinated on my carpet. They said I should have been told to have the items moved that were in the way. I was not told to move anything and I am old and unable to move large items or heavy items. I am very dissappointed with this company. Now I have to wait longer for someone to come out. Very bad customer service if you ask me
