Description of Work: He inspected our electrical panel and gave advice on possible changes. did not try to sell us what we didn't need. He obviously knew what he was doing. We would hire him again for his professional knowledge and honesty.

Description of Work: Another contractor inadvertently drilled into a collection of 3 major circuits, abruptly leaving us without power in the master bedroom, bathroom and kitchen. We considered this an emergency (we had a refrigerator full of food in hot weather, for example). Even though he was 35 minutes away when he got our call, he was there within the hour. At the time, we did not know the reason for the circuit failures, so step 1 was to make the diagnosis. Alex was very methodical and specific about how to question the other contractor (who had long since left without our realizing what had happened). That got us to the specific self-tapping bolt that shorted the circuits. He was there until almost 7pm and did a beautiful job. I've since referred a number of close friends to him, and they've all been happy with him.

Description of Work: another contractor accidentally shorted out three circuits by blind-drilling into a garage wall at 2PM. We had no power to our kitchen, garage and master bedroom. The problem was diagnosed and ingeniously repaired by 7 PM.
