This particular Service Provider was selected by my Home Warranty company. Providers are made available through a rotating system. Wayne contacted me to set up the appointment within just a few hours of my service call to the HW company. He voluntarily set it prompty for the next morning, also conveniently at the start of the day, so I didn't have to wait around or rearrange my day. He described himself as a Master Electrician, understood the issue, was articulate in terms of explaining the resolution, and fixed it promptly. He answered all my questions, was very polite and patient, even though you could see he was definitely trying to keep his schedule on track. Just a side note, although he got a phone call during my appointment, he still kept working without getting side tracked with other business. I appreciated the courtesy he offered to me by deferring the next caller. I would definitely use his services again and recommend him to others. I'll be happy to keep his number on file.
