+ -1 moreI will never use this store again! I ordered Troy lighting from Arezzzo because their price was the best. I wasn't told how long it would take when I placed the order so I called about ten days later for an update. I was told be my salesman, Mike, that he would check on it and call me right back. He never called so a few days later I called again. This time Mike wasn't in but I was told by another employee that it usually takes 4 weeks and that she would have Mike call me back. I never got that return call and after two more ignored calls today I learned that Troy lighting is no longer accepting orders from Arezzo and that Mike was never made aware of that by his boss. I have lost 5 weeks time waiting for the lights that were never going to come. Let's hope that they are better at refunding the $800 I spent than they are at customer service.
Description of Work: I ordered over $800 of lights on September 29th. I have been waiting over 4 weeks and was told today Nov 2nd, that Arezzo no longer does business with Troy lighting.

Description of Work: Their professionalism and customer service was abysmal! I tried to special order lights from them. Their follow through when the lights were still not in after more than 5 weeks was awful! I ended up canceling the entire order. They did not offer any sort of compensation for 5 lost weeks during construction. I ended up ordering from someplace else and got the new lights for 1/3 cost in one week! I've filed reviews on yelp encouraging others to skip this place.
