A local with years of experience and low costs, he is trustworthy and repaired our A/C in 103 heat AFTER spending the morning getting a round of chemo for cancer! He's got a heart of gold, and is a hard worker. We appreciate his customer service and work ethic.

 + -1 moreWe noticed the puddle in our garage under the air conditioner and then looked outside and notice that the drain pipe had less water than usual below it. We called Dave whose site says he services Rocklin, Roseville, and Granite Bay, but he answered right away and said he was in Antelope right then so he could swing by after his other job. He arrived a bit later than he said he would, but I think it was only about 30-45 minutes later. He was polite but not super friendly (just business-like/serious), and VERY knowledgeable about the situation and fixed it in seconds, answered all my questions in detail, and even explained how we could fix it ourselves next time for free. He seemed to really know his stuff.
Description of Work: Fixed a water leak in our garage, coming from our air conditioner.
