Advanced Integrated Pest Management

After there was little to no activity in the boxes (and we got a dog), we decided to cancel the service. It has been more than 6 months and they have not come to pick up their boxes. We are no longer charged, but I would prefer that they uninstall the boxes and take them away - they are not attractive. Late last year, I called and advised them that the boxes are still in our yard - still there. Within a few days of writing this review, they came out and took care of the boxes - just a communication issue.

I called 3 different companies at about 5 in the evening and AIPM called back first thing the next day, AND didn't charge us for an estimate. We had rodents move into our basement, and Adam, our rep, is very friendly and truly cares about fixing the problem. He has been great about following up and accommodating our busy work schedules. We're pretty sure we've found most of the entry/exit points, and Adam has been great about discussing our options wrt catching/exterminating/removing the unwelcome and quot;guests.and quot; We will continue to use AIPM in the future.

It was good. The pricing and his professional demeanor when I first contacted them is what stood out to me about this company.

Overall the visit was fine. The technician seemed to know what he was doing. I was a bit disappointed by the estimate he provided for taking care of the mouse/rat problem in the attic but that is what it is. The technician has returned bimonthly as per the contract and has taken care of the creepy crawly bugs but I just don't think I'll be renewing the contract after it is up.

They came when they said they would and we were impressed by clean up. Previously, we had paid for monthly inspections, traps, etc. This simpler method seemed to work fine.

Advanced serviced the company I worked for and we contracted them for the house we rented before buying this house. They also did the home pest inspection during the buying process of this house. We have used them for about four years now. We find very few spiders and no ants in the house and we feel the service is working for the rural area we are in.

Dion from AIPM was punctual, independent, good problem solver, and clear prioritization.

We woke up to an ant farm in the main living space. On a Sat morning this company was not only the only company to answer the phone but they went out of their way to make it to spray that day. There was some confusion when the tech called back and he was quoting a different price than the owner. I thought he was from another company. When all was straightened out he scheduled to come out and set to work. He gave me a lot of tips to prevent future infestations. He was here later than he expected to be and still took the time needed to get the job done right. I did feel like I was being pushed a bit with sales, but overall was a positive experience.

Service Technician was able to come out same day as my call. Assessment was made, and due to our schedule we asked him to return the following Monday. Our problem with ants has been eliminated.

I disliked almost everything. He was really fast, and really speedy. He missed different parts of dry rot. The only reason I went through them was because the real estate agent suggested them highly. He worked with them a lot, but almost everything they did was really shoddy work. They were very incompetent. They did the work, but they didn't check on their work to make sure it was properly done. It just seemed like pretty shoddy work all the way through. I would never recommend them.

They've been good. They answer the phone when I need them and are good about coming out promptly. They are good about helping with unusual problems (like when I had a possum) and will refer me to somebody good to take care of the issue.

They schedule ASAP for me because the time pressure from the seller. Although they were fully booked but the staff called all inspectors to squeeze in my appointment. Thanks!

They do a good job. They are reliable, professional, and they are very responsive if I have any issues. I plan on continuing to use their services in the future.

Found wasp nests. Looked on Angie's list and found this company. Fast response. Did complete inspection of eaves and found nests I didn't even know existed. Sprayed and knocked down nests.Very satisfied.

Everything has been great with this company. They are very reliable and overall I was very happy with them. The office staff is very friendly and professional. They provided exceptional customer service to their customers. Advanced Integrated Pest Management is a great company to work with.

I had some concerns that I had a termite infestation in my cottage. I called Advanced and asked them to come for an evaluation. The person on the phone was very helpful and friendly and sent a person out immediately! (He arrived within a half hour!) He listened to my concerns and carefully checked out my home inside, outside and underneath! It must have taken him a good hour!. At th end, he said to my great relief that he saw no sign of termites and the dust in the bathroom looked like carpenter ants. His suggested these could be easily delt with by trimming back any branches that touched the house and spraying some Raid up near the ceiling of the bathroom. All of this was done at absolutely no charge!! He left his card with me and said I should call if I had further problems. You can bet I will do that. These people are polite, friendly, efficient and dedicated to their work. I was very impressed.

Advanced Integrated Pest Management haven't done anything wrong. They do the work. They come regularly and there haven't been any issues. I had a rat problem that came from our neighbors garden. They laid some traps and got it taken care of. They were responsive. They do a good job.

They were really good. I spent $120 on the job. I liked everything about them. They were very professional. They did good work. I liked their customer service, customer relations, the quality of their service, and their efficiency. I will use their services again in the future.

The termites were not eradicated the first time they sprayed. They had to come back twice, which they did promptly. After three treatments, our home was finally termite free.

Two visits...ten days apart...problem gone

Great! They are punctual, return if needed, and I do not have to be home. If I need an inside service, they are willing to come before 7:30 AM when I need to leave for work. And yes, it works.

We suspected rats in our attic and contacted Roseville Pest Control. They came out and checked attic and confirmed rat droppings. They placed bait boxes and traps in attic for rats and sprayed inside and out of house for pests. Several rats have been caught! We are pleased with their service.
