Description of Work: Got an estimate for rat abatement in our attic. It was much higher (almost twice) than what we ended up spending with another company. The technician was not willing to negotiate, adopting a "take it or leave it" attitude.

Description of Work: I had a bee and wasp problem and due to the excellent reviews on Angie's List I called this company. The man who came out (Jim, I think) to evaluate the situation was great! He could identify the species, and knew a lot about them and I was satisfied with his solution. He told me how the person coming out would put on a bee suit, do the in ground work, and get on my roof to spray under the eaves for the wasps. Originally, Mike was supposed to come do the work, but someone came in his place. He apparently had a different approach than the one I was promised. For one thing, this older, very overweight man didn't want to get on my roof to spray the eaves. He sort of dissed Jim to me. And generally he was just plain old grumpy and unpersonable. If he had come out to write up my contract I wouldn't have used this business. However, the company does offer a guarantee and the bottom line is I don't have any more bees. That was the goal of my hiring the company, so I guess it all worked out in the end. But seriously, the man who did the work at my house - I should have just told him right on the spot to send someone else in his place.

+ -1 moreWe were very happy with them. They were very responsive and came out as scheduled to give us the actual estimate and then when we contracted the work. They were very courteous and responsive, and we are very happy with the work. We thought that the price was very fair and reasonable, although for this particular work we did not get estimates because we used them in the past. They actually sent a couple of guys out promptly.
Description of Work: We used Advanced Integrated Pest Management within the last 30 days and prior to this they came out and did an inspection and noticed some dry rust and similar types of problems and gave us estimate to do that work.

+ -1 moreIt was a rather small job, but they had a minimum price of $250 so they went ahead and did some other "preventive" poisoning near the house to help alleviate a potential problem should the termites move to that area. I was quite happy with their work and the fact that they'd do a little extra when they could have just done the original job and left it at that. I would certainly use them again (but I hope I don't have to!).
Description of Work: I found termites in my exterior wooden planter box. Another company wanted to charge over $1000 for extermination and continuous service. Roseville Termite quoted $250.00 to exterminate and felt that injecting poison into that area would be sufficient.

He took his time and made sure that the service was done right and to my complete satisfaction. He made the price fair and said that he would return free of charge if the first visit didn't do the trick. I believe that this company gives better service than the nation wide chains.

Felt the estimate inspection was done to the fullest and they even when into the attack so I had trust in their estimate. When they came for their first servicing, they were right on time and completed the job promptly and professionally.
Description of Work: Thorough pest control service for a home that had been empty for over 1 year. Cleaned out all spider webs and treated both the inside and outside of the home. Before I agreed to their service, they did a thorough inspection for signs of pests as well as rodents and gave me a confident assessment before I contracted with them.

Description of Work: I had them do an inspection and treatment for bugs in my home. They went outside my home and sprayed around the entire house. They also put the bug killing chemicals in my cement outside to treat for various insects.
