Kevin brought our dream ADU to life! He is an amazing contractor who pays great attention to detail and he has several licenses which insured his work was of the highest quality. I found RET construction here on home advisor, and glad I did. I had them remodel my bathroom, and they did a great job! Kevin, is really easy to deal with during the whole process, I never had any problems. Everything was done in a timely fashion, I would definitely hire RET construction again. Also I contacted about 10 different contractors here on this site, and Kevin had the best vision and fairest prices, compared to everyone else.

Kevin was hired to remodel our bathroom, install central air, replace and relocate our furnace, and replace the carpet with wood flooring. We were going to be out of town and although we did not know Kevin, we trusted him and felt comfortable giving him a key to our home so that the work could be done while we were gone. Kevin did not disappoint, and the work was professionally done and we were very satisfied. So much so that additional projects were added. Kevin is very friendly, professional, responsive, and takes pride in his work. His prices are also reasonable for the quality work that he does. We highly recommend Kevin.

His crew started before the anticipated start date and worked fast and diligently to meet the projected completion date. Kevin is amicable, easy to work with and honest. The price from RET Construction was very good as opposed to others. They also would be able to take care of everything. My bathroom has windows and one light. They installed a second light for brighter and air sucking out to ensures all humid air from showers will not rot the wall. They always take my calls and texts back. They very honest and really care about the bathroom looks. They worked hard and got it done in good time. Everything looks great and we like our bathroom.

Kevin was very responsive for the entire project. The job was done efficiently with excellent quality. RET replace my old roof that was more then 25 years old, they carefully inspect and removed all the rotten wood before installing the new roof. The city inspector told me he was pleased to see the work too. Will definitely refer them to my other friends or use them for my future projects.

My wood balcony has termites and water damages. So I hired RET to do the job. Kevin gave estimates and recommended composite planks for floor and red woods for railings. His workmanship was very professional and finished on time! On top of that, Kevin updated my balcony to the latest building codes. His price is very reasonable. If you want cheap prices and lousy jobs,hire someone else! Highly recommended!

Our bathroom sub floor rotted out due to a wall mounted toilet. Because of the unique design and placement, we knew getting it fixed would be a challenge. What we didn't anticipate was the excuses we got from other contractors and most didn't even want to fix the problem; just patch over it. Kevin was the only one willing to step up and tackle the problem at its source. Now, not only do we have a beautifully remodeled bathroom, we no longer have to worry about leaks ever again. If you want things done cheap and easy, go somewhere else. If you want to get what you pay for and get things done right; Kevin is your man.
