Description of Work: The free inspection went well. Ed, the estimater seemed to be extremely well versed and offered two solutions. However, although a proposal to fix the issues was promised, a proposal was never sent. I emailed twice and called once to let them know this was expected. To date, silence. This is the second referal I received from Angies List and each follow up from same was disappointing. I will now meet with RoofX and if this again fails the follow up "test", then unfortunely I will need to block you.
