Gary is our go-to plumber. Everyone in our family uses him. My daughter likes to work with him as she can arrange everything with by text messages. My husband likes him as he his available by phone. He is punctual and detailed. I am a picky perfectionist and all of his work meets my expectations. He came in and installed the valve. He works quietly and efficiently. After installation he remembered to light all the pilot lights for all gas connections. He even filled out the registration card for me so I wouldn't have to call him back for his license generation. I have had no problems with all his work as the problem is always fixed when he leaves.

He is very reliable. He works by himself and comes on emergencies. He does small jobs and big jobs and he is a very experienced plumber.

Great, every other plummber said I would have to tear out the tile to replace it. I'm glad I didn't have to do that, as I am not up for remodeling my bathroom at the moment.

He is responsive. does good work and seems to really care about his customers.

Gary was on time, efficient, tidy, and really reasonably priced. (We had Boss Plumbing bid out the job and they quoted us more than $1600 more!) Gary was also able to install the venting without having to remove or cut holes into our new island like the boss claimed they'd have to do in order to install the venting. He promised to do it in one day and even finished early. On top of it all, he actually charged us $225 less than he estimated, which is unheard of these days. Needless to say, we will definitely use him again, and we'll be recommending him to all our friends.
