Charlie is great!!! I had a dryer vent blockage and called The Chimney Sweep. The woman that answered the phone was pleasant, but said that Charlie would have to call me since he would be able to give me a more accurate price quote. Within two hours, maybe less, Charlie called me. I explained my problem and he was able to give me an estimate over the phone. Due to the nature of a clogged dryer vent, Charlie was able to squeeze me in within two days. The night before my appointment, Charlie called to let me know what time I could expect him. On the morning of the appointment, Charlie called to let me know that his first appointment had cancelled so he could come early. I gave him the go ahead and sure enough, Charlie was there within the time frame he quoted. Prior to starting the job, I asked Charlie if he could also clean my chimney. He gladly took on the job. Charlie was neat, professional and his prices were reasonable. He completed the job expeditiously and even gave me advice on changes I could make to my firebox. I can't say enough great things about Charlie. I will definitely do business with Charlie in the future!!!

I do not remember the name of the outfit we used a few years ago...but Charlie at The Chimney Sweep Co blew them away on Service and Quality!!! Scheduling went smooth. Charlie called the day prior to confirm. Charlie showed just before his arrival window. Who does that...usually it is 5 minutes before the window closes! Charlie was also very pleasant and I had no difficulties allowing him access into my residence. It was nice that Charlie did not mind me asking questions or hovering. Personally I feel as if Charlie took care of me and my family just as I take care of my Clients!

Charlie is great. If you have a chimney or fireplace then he is your guy! Honest and Trustworthy, professional work. He repaired a leak in our Chimney that was flooding our Fireplace and did it super quick and on time. He performed a full inspection inside our old chimney and found an issue that would make it unsafe to burn wood,so we are glad he found the issue before something dangerous would happen in the future. Since the chimney/fireplace system is out of date the issue could not be repaired without a full overhaul of the chimney- but Charlie didn't even charge us for the inspection since the issue would not be able to be repaired! Super honest guy ! His rate for fixing our leak was great and I was impressed by his work, he took photos of the issue up on the roof to show me before he started the repair. He also helped me to learn more about how my fireplace and chimney work. We will be converting the wood fireplace to a gas insert at some point in the future, and when we do, Charlie will be the guy we call to do the installation.

The service went well. Charlie was punctual, knowledgeable and personable. Several of the components were damaged from the fall, but Charlie was able to cobble everything back together. Not quite as good as new, but pretty close. Plus, he attached the chimney cap securely in order to prevent it from blowing off again. I would highly recommend Charlie of The Chimney Sweep Co. to anyone looking for quality chimney services.

These guys were prompt, professional, friendly; they did an excellent job and they kept everything clean and tidy. I wouldn't even think of calling someone else!
