Description of Work: VERY professional, the tech arrived on time, he moved our heavy furniture, cleaned our carpets (and stairs) as well as our couch and love seat. We are VERY pleased with the workmanship of Barnett's. I highly recommend them. We will definitely use Barnett's in the future! Family owned and operated here in my town.

The serviceman called to see if he could could a bit early, which was OK, but it put me in kind of a hurry to get finished putting things away. The man was nice enough, but almost refused to move 2 pieces of furniture, even with my help, which I could easily move myself if I had too. The carpets looked OK at first but many stains came back almost as bad as they were before the cleaning, and I saw no indication that there was any stain pre-treatment done.The carpets have about 8 years of use, and were cleaned only a half-dozen times, so I expect a certain amount of stain problems, but not this bad. The man made a comment when I moved the TV, that he would have refused to touch it if it needed moved. It seems like he was a bit more interested in what he would not do than what he might do to make it a job well done. Can't see why I should not try a different company next time.

Description of Work: I notice when they would clean the carpeting (and my carpeting is very durty) that the water was not clear after they clean the carpet. They just kept moving on with the carpet cleaning and they didn't let the old stuff from the carpet come clean.
