+ 0 moreWow! When we hired Jon and Modern Watershapes we thought we getting weekly pool service. We have gotten that and much much more. They came in shortly after the pool (and backyard) were built. There were many problems with the how the project had been handled by the Pool construction company and the general contractor. Jon patiently went through everything and brought it up to where it should have been. Where it was appropriate they did the work - which was done very well. Where it was not their area of expertise Jon readily told us we should get someone else and helped us to find good, reliable quality people. His price is fair and he and his team deliver quality work on time. It was wonderful to find someone who truly cares about the quality of their work!

Jon stepped in and dealt with both the eletrician and plumber, and also sugessted that we upgrade the main eletrical panel on the house which we did through his eletrician for a great price. Jon provided most of the installation himself, and it he didn't even charge us extra when he had to bring in 3 additional guys to get the big heat pump over our wall (it wouldn't fit through the front gate!!). Great work for a fair price and a really friendly guy. We also already recieved our rebate for a variable speed pump thanks to Jon processing it for us!
Description of Work: Jon has been servicing my pool for over a year now, and recently we wanted to add a heater to our pool so we can actually start swimming in it! Jon spent a lot of time giving us different options because we currently did not have a gas line, and he wanted us to get the best value for our money. After consulting with Jon's electrician and plumber, we decided to go with a heat pump from raypak and a variable speed pump. My pool is now heated all season long and costs less than half that of our old pool heater at our previous home. Jon gave us a fair price and honest work, and I have already recommended his services to a few friends and neighbors. His company also hooked us up with a reputable remodel company that will be remodeling the entire backyard next year. We have been very happy with Jon's ability to answer every question we have and provide impeccable service. He even emails us weekly after each service visit with chemical readings and any notes or information such as whether we need to add water or not. I have had many pool guys over the last 15 years, and Jon is hands down the best. He attention to detail is great, and he really loves his job and providing great pool service for his customers. You can't go wrong with JMAC Pools.
