+ -1 moreThis guy is the worst. A scam artist. Honestly, he should lose his license based on the the work he did on our house. I will also be contacting the Better Business Bureau about him. He came out to our house to do a roof inspection (which is supposed to be free) and then he started doing repairs on a skylight leak without our authorization, but he didn’t even fix the leak! Charged us $375 for probably 15 minutes of repair work that, again, DIDN’T fix the problem. When I called him to tell him the roof is still leaking from the exact same spot, he said he would be happy to come out and charge us a minimum of another $375 to look at it again. He also never provided us with an invoice for the work he performed. The guy is a dishonest fellow, unprofessional, poor communicator, and honestly feels like he stole $375 from us. Stay away from this roofer.

+ -1 moreOur home had an older wood shake roof, and it was time to upgrade. I called several roofing contractors and received 5 estimates. Bryan Folk, The Roofer, was highly recommended by my real estate agent (buyer's agent) from feedback she has received from her other clients.Our roof was more expensive than just a regular roof replacement because wood shake does not have plywood underneath the roof. Therefore, we had to have a full covering of plywood installed along with the new composite shingles.Bryan was on-site every day with his crew, which made the job move smoothly. The finish work done to the vents, flashing and molding is superb.The Roofer was not the cheapest estimate I received, but you really do get what you pay for with a roofer.
Description of Work: Complete old-roof tear-off, rot/damage repair; new plywood, tar paper and 30-year composite roofing, new flashing, vents and gutters including downspouts.
