He called promptly after I submitted my request and told me he had some other jobs to attend to. He called later in the day to say he was available and I had him come out. He gave me an estimate, I had him do the work, and he stuck to the estimate. There were no up charges, and no attempts to solicit additional work. That, to me, speaks to his integrity.
