The work they did was fine and they were easy to work with on the job. The problem is that they were disorganized. The day they were to do the job I had to call them and remind them that I'd taken the day off to be there when they did the work. They'd forgotten the appointment. I wanted them to do another little job the following week. They called 3 weeks later wanting to know if I still wanted that work done. I declined.

My wife and I just completed building a custom home. We received three bids for our garage doors. We chose to go with Northgate Company because their price was fair and dealing with the owner John was easy. Northgate was one of the easiest subs to work with during the sometimes not so fun process of building a house. They helped us get the look we wanted and ordered and installed the four garage doors quickly. We have already used them for another job and will continue to recommend them.

We heard a loud bang one night, and the next day, the garage door would not open. One of the big main springs had broken. I called Northgate Co. the next day, and got immediate, courteous service on the phone with an appointment for 2 days later with a one hour window. On the day of the appointment Casey arrived on time, and replaced the springs, and replaced a few bent rollers. He went above and beyond by also doing routine maintenance on the rest of the garage door and motor for no charge. I was absolutely satisfied and would highly recommend their services to anyone. They are the only company I will be using in the future for my garage door.

The company owner provided the estimate for the job and was easy to work with, providing me with all the information I requested to make my decision. The job was performed on-time and started and finished as agreed.
