Michael was responsive and explained well what he inspected for our water damage. Came out out promptly, and gave us his reasonable recommendations for next steps.

I hired them to come out and do some mold removal for a leak in my house. Originally some guy comes out and quotes me some ridiculous price. Then I get an email and they say he's been fired (wouldn't say why) so they come out and re-quote it and its much cheaper and I hire them. I paid $2500 and they removed some sheet rock and sprayed some anti mold spray. The guy was there for 4 hours. Way way way overpriced, they kept saying that some program makes the prices and they can't adjust it. They also didn't replace the sheetrock so now I have to have another company do it. Would stay away.

NCR workers were very responsive and responsible professionals in every way when it came to our mold issue. They seemed to go above and beyond simply a satisfactory performance to very excellent when it came to mold removal and additional cleaning. I was especially impressed by the way they worked in a fully furnished house, carefully moving everything out of the way--putting fragile items in boxes, etc. I was impressed.

They just came out for a free estimate and then sent a bid and they were always available for questions

We hired them when a pipe had leaked under our home. They were great. Very helpful and did a great job explaining what happened and our options for dealing with it.

Charlie is very considerate of other's needs and wants. He works closely with the customer and addresses any issues that the customer may have. I do appreciate his timeliness in addressing the problem and concerns I had. I've never been through this before and I hope not to again. Thank You Charlie.
