The water damage was tremendous in my unit with 2 inches of water on my kitchen floor that had leaked through the ceiling from the second floor toilet. Other estimates were very high compared to Majestic Builders bid. He had to open up the ceiling and replace all drywall on the ceiling above my kitchen as well as air-dry the place out. He also had to replace the kitchen cabinets, the kitchen flooring, and remodeled two of my bathrooms in my complex. He replaced my floor with a nice laminate. He was able to save me dollars by painting my bathroom cabinets. Chuck is always very friendly, communicates well and did a top-notch job with the mess he had to clean up.I have used Majestic Builders previous to this particular situation and since. If you need an honest, trustworthy remodeling contractor to be in your home hire Majestic Builders! Chuck has done several projects for me in my home for over 11 years. He works with me to cut costs if I am willing to do some of the work myself. He does only quality work and keeps everything clean and protected as he works. He has knowledge of all phases of the project and has become ?mymajesticbuilder? that I can trust with the keys to my home. The work Majestic Builders has done recently, since the water damage, has been on my back patio, building a dog area and fence with a nice gate. Easily the best experience we've had with any contractor. We'd been planning this project for a long time and Chuck really listened to our ideas and goals. He didn't have that common attitude of "I know best because I've done this dozens of times" yet was very willing to give us feedback and ideas of his own. We were using Ikea cabinets and wanted someone familiar with Ikea assembly and installation.We were relieved to find out Chuck had done several Ikea kitchens in the past. He sent us the most comprehensive, detailed bid we had ever seen. It was obvious he had listened carefully to our description of the project. In addition, Chuck gave us a long list of references and everyone we called loved this guy. When we started the job he kept us informed and left a note with any questions on placement of things or other details. Chuck disposed of the old cabinets, counters and appliances. He maintained a surprisingly clean, neat worksite. The work progressed quickly and ended up costing less than we'd expected. Chuck was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. His work was beautiful with great attention to detail. The molding, panels and toekicks on the cabinets looked better than anything at the Ikea showroom. Chuck was enthusiastic, took pride in his work and was obviously pleased with how the kitchen turned out. So are we! The kitchen is beautiful, and we didn't spend a lot of money, but got a high end look. Anyone would be lucky to have Chuck handle their project.
