I thought your service was fantastic. My whole career is centered on customer service in the hospitality industry. I am a major critic of every store and service provider I encounter. I am routinely appalled at the severe lack of good service - even the most basic - which seems to be pervasive amongst businesses, both public and B2B. The following are my reasons I was so impressed with your company: A live person answered the phone and spent considerable time with me prior to the appointment in a very friendly manner (Tam.) The woman who greeted me when I arrived was smiling and friendly, and immediately addressed my reason for being there, setting me up in your system without wasting any time whatsoever. This is Customer Service 101, but it's rarely followed. Even a simple smile is a great gesture that goes a long way. Tam spent a huge amount of time showing me how to use my computer, including features and programs I would never have used before (Apple's own Contacts, Mail and Calendar) and even a feature on my iPhone. NOTE: I was not there for any of this bonus info; I just came in because my computer was slow (needed more RAM or something...) Your pricing is very fair and reasonable. I drove from Healdsburg because I wanted an Apple specialist. It was well worth the drive, even in rush hour. I will highly recommend you to my friends and associates.

It went smoothly. I phoned for an appointment to bring the computer in and they said I could bring it in that day, which I did. I left overnight and by noon of the next day I was able to pick it up. Fast and efficient service. Also, inexpensive. I feel that my experience would not have been as good at the Apple store.

They were very helpful. They analyzed it and couldn't fix it, but they didn't charge us and that was the main point. It was a good service, they were responsive to our issues, and I would recommend them. They were very nice and helpful.

My MacBook computer had a virus that would noI let me save a file I was working on without changing it's name, so I would have to give the same report multiple names as I worked on it every time I saved it. My computer was really slow as well. I was referred to this business from one that only worked on non apple computers. They said he came well recommened so I called in the early afternoon and dropped it off by 4:00 PM. By the next afternoon it was done. No problems. Tam Nguyen is a wonderful person, no hype. They do house calls. I am going to have him come out again because I have two old computers that have to be re-commissioned. They took a lot of time on trying to advice me to buy a new computer. They are an authorized service dealer. He is very knowledgeable and a nice person. He is a Macintosh expert. He really gets in and checks out the machine.
