Kinco Carpet & Upholstery

We just had our carpets cleaned by Kinco and they are the best! I would give them more stars if that was possible. This is our second time using their service and we could not be happier. From the start they are easy to work with Rob was able to make an appointment sooner than I thought. Rob and his son Rob Jr were on time and did the work very efficiently and quickly. The carpets look fantastic! We will use Kinco again and will not hesitate to recommend them to our family and friends!

Kinco's was recommended by a friend, who said they would do a great job on the white rugs throughout our country home. We set an appointment for about a week later. Two men (both named Rob) and a truckload of equipment showed up and the Robs promptly set about to clean a large living room rug, and rugs in 3 upstairs bedrooms and two hallways. They did a great job, and even helped move furniture that we could not have moved ourselves. The rugs have never looked better. The cost was reasonable. Having received a very high glowing recommendation from a neighbor who had multiple pets, therefore frequent soiled carpet issues I called and received an estimate over the phone based on sq footage. Being in the ballpark from two other estimates I had previously received I set a date and time to have my carpets cleaned. Two servicemen arrived promptly on the date and time promised. They surveyed the areas to be cleaned they discussed with me the type of carpet I had, recognized the carpets had significant age but were still in very good shape. They explained their "special process" and machinery which I looked at as just a selling hype and went promptly to work. One was per-treating the carpets prior to the other man doing the cleaning. I need to mention, although I have had my carpets cleaned a few times previously since moving here 5 years ago, my carpets are original and over 25 years old! When they were done THEY LOOKED NEW! I waited to write a review as frequently the stains come back shortly after the next few vacuum cleanings. At least that's what has happened before with the coupon steam cleaner deals, but this service is the REAL DEAL. I am extremely happy I chose this company because my wife is still commenting on how nice they look and trust me she can be REALLY PICKY! Happy wife...happy life. Thank you guys at Kinco!
