Description of Work: New Garage door, new sliding glass door, repairs to chimney, repaired leaking around upstairs windows, removed failing trellis. It went great. Joe and his crew arrived, they planned and executed everything efficiently and completely. In the end the place was spotless. No messes left behind. His guys explained what they did and showed us the proper operation. Joe was even responsive to my concern about another area that wasn't part of our original contract. He sent his guys out to take a look. They quickly caulked the areas of my concern and assured us all was well. No leaks, great looking new doors a job well done. We're looking forward to the next phase coming soon. |

Description of Work: After a leak led to significant water damage to my hallway laminate flooring, Callinan and his team found the source of the leak and repaired it, restored the wall (which they had to open up to find the leak), and installed new flooring. My hallway looks exactly like it did prior to the damage. The team that worked in the house was very professional, courteous, and careful. Joe Callinan stopped by several times himself, and was actually the only contractor who returned my call on a timely basis at the time of the original damage. I would definitely recommend them.
